These reviews make me extremely upset. I already paid for a hover board for my son and the website said it was in stock then they send me an emails stating that they don’t have the color I ordered in stock and that it won’t ship until two days before his birthday party. I’m a struggling single mother and this just breaks my heart because now I basically know my baby may not have a present for his 11th birthday from me. They should not be allowed to do this to people. I know I should have been smarter about it and read these reviews before I ordered but I was just so excited and proud that I was able to do this for him and now I may be ripped off and can’t afford to go buy another one.... I’m so upset and sad right now. I just can’t believe this mess...😓

This company has had my money for 20…
This company has had my money for 20 day’s and I still have no shipping date or tracking number. I have called, I have used their on line chat service which just email, and I have emailed directly for 10 days straight with no reply from them at all. I ordered a board that was in stock and according to the web site they ship with in 1-3 days. 20 days later and no ship date or tracking #
I’m thankful I paid through PayPal and I have filed a case with them to get my money back.
I wish I could give negative star.

Do NOT purchase from this company. We purchased almost a $200.00 hoverboard for my 8 year son for Christmas. His only wish was a hoverboard. They advertise same day shipping, website seems legit. 10 days later, UPS stated the "label was created", but that was it, 4 emails later, 3 calls and no replies and nothing shipped. We have never received our product. We ended up spending another $200.00 to get a new one. This website is a fake. Please don't waste your time. They take your money and that is it. They need to be shut down! This is a terrible and sad thing to do to children and families..

I received the wrong hoverboard
I received the wrong hoverboard. It was their mistake. I have emailed, and received no answer. I have called, and a rep said they would have someone return my call. They never did. Most of the time no one even answers the phone. Beware ordering from this company!!
