awesome service and perfect size and condition
I got my hot tub at Costco and I did not know what size or anything to order. They helped me with everything down to the spec size and drawing.
I wish I had ordered sooner. !!!!

I don't remember when I last replaced my cover. It came from these folks. It lasted a VERY long time in Wisconsin weather, so of course I finally am at point I needed to replace it. New cover arrived as expected, packed well, and exactly as I ordered. I expect this one will long lasting too!

Communication on my custom order was fast and helpful thru the entire design process. Had a custom inground spa cover made and it arrived quickly and fit perfectly! Very affordable too! Highly recommended!

I have an older hot tub and was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a cover. The team at Hot Tub Cover Spot where able to help me find the right cover! They were extremely careful with measurements and provided diagrams for me to check. The pricing was super reasonable and the shipping and tracking process very helpful! The cover fits like a glove!! A wonderful experience fromstart to finish! I love my cover!! Thank you!

I received the cover 2 weeks earlier than original time frame. cover fit perfectly. quality looks to be very good and should last for some years. It was a pleasure ordering from them

Mike. Was. Awesome.

I was leary about buying a cover online, but decided to ask for a quote just in case the price was excellent. It WAS. Then I went through the measurements, had conversations about radii, strap placement and "hinge area" with Mike. He was quick to reply and/or fix anything I had concerns about, then sent me a CAD showing what I was getting . Cover showed up within 2 weeks of placing the order and it was perfect!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! *****

Mark was very helpful and assisting us in ordering the correct size hot tub cover. His great communication and feedback allowed us to get a perfect fit and was very helpful through the process.

I was a bit afraid to order a hot tub cover on line, worried I might have mismeasured, unsure of the quality. Plus I needed it by a certain date because I was putting my house on the market. The contact for the company said they couldn’t promise delivery by my date which was understandable because I ordered it late. And he offered to cancel my order if I wanted because they couldn’t guarantee the arrival date. BUT it arrived a day before I requested and it fit perfectly and looks great! I highly recommend Hot Tub Cover Spot! They have great communication and produce quality products. If you are hesitating to order, don’t! It’s a great company.

super easy website instructions to measure and Mike provided all the service I could have asked for. the tub cover is a work of art. super nice, thank you!

Great hot tub cover with vacuum seal. Fits perfectly and looks good.

I worked with Mike Smith (customer support) in ordering my new hot tub cover. Mike was very thorough insuring that I had all of the correct dimensions for the cover. It was ready to ship within a week and shipping only took about 2 weeks. It arrived in great shape - no shipping damage. I installed the new cover today. It fit perfectly with my old lifting device. Installation was simple. It looks great and fits perfectly! Great service, free shipping, and a great looking product!

Honist & Straight Forward

As good as the OEM one it replaces. Actually better because the tapered top will definitely improve life as rain will now drain off rather than standing. This was the only site that had sufficient options to 'cover' all out needs: shape, size, insulation thickness, latches, color, etc. Replaces a Marquis branded cover.

Customer service was informative and cheerfully helpful. Cover arrived faster than expected, lloks great.
Thanks Mike.

Cover came to our home just as ordered. Well manufactured and solid. Fit perfectly. The order was delayed, but their communication was excellent and they expedited the order from another plant to offset the delay. The follow-up service was excellent. We really appreciated their commitment to service and quality!

We bought a cover for our 2016 Cal Spas. Chose foam upgrades in hopes that it would last longer. We're in LA, and delivery was smooth, they dropped it right by the garage, no issues. The vinyl looks sharp and feels like a solid upgrade from our old vinyl cover. It’s lightweight, well-made, and fits nice. For what we need this cover is spot-on. Definitely happy with the purchase!

Had to replace and old custom cover. Found this company online and the website walked me through step by step from colors and materials to how to measure. Very simple. I had a few questions and they were very quick to respond to my emails. Just received the cover last night and it is exactly as I ordered and the quality is better than I was expecting. Looking forward to it lasting me for many years. Customer service was elite.

The cover was a custom size and they nailed it. Well made and sturdy. Mike kept me up up date on the progress. Delivery guy brought it up to the house. Great guy, professional.

I love the spa cover they made. It’s well crafted and fit properly. The truck driver who delivered the box was hard to communicate with, gave me hard time, but I understand this is not their fault. Overall, good experience, I would recommend them
