I have been getting the vast majority of my golf gear from hotgolf.
They have a great selection of quality golf clothing, shoes, clubs and balls, all of which tend to cost less than their competitors, and saving me a small fortune.
If on the odd occasion you find an item cheaper at another store (very seldome happens), hotgolf will match that price.
This is the first place I ever look when I'm looking for golf equipment or attire, and have frequently recommended it to friends and family.

Used this company to order company branded golf balls as well as an electric trolley for personal use.

Absolutely impeccable price, service and delivery times. Cannot recommend these guys enough, wouldn't go anywhere else.

On Saturday afternoon I emailed Hotgolf, to ask if they could deliver a golf watch to me before Wednesday, a young lady responded almost immediately to advise that they could. I was quite adamant I required it by Wednesday.
Monday Morning 09:00 it arrived, how's that for service. Cannot fault the service I have received.,

Ordered clubs but turned out they weren’t in stock which I didn’t realise at the time of ordering - it was a bit time critical as they were a birthday gift. Spoke to James and he assured me that the clubs were due to arrive into stock. He wasn’t wrong, they arrived a couple of days later and they are perfect.

Had an issue with stock of my order but after a few emails Laura rectified the issue in a more than satisfactory manor and I was very happy. Top customer service and would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a golf bag on 24th April 2024. It is now 16th June 2024. Unfortunately I could not give zero star because I definitely would have. After 2 weeks, I got an email from hotgolf claiming that I had cancelled the order, which I definitely has not.when I challenged them on this, I then received a second email, claiming the bag was delivered and signed for. Again this was untrue. They have failed to explain the two emails. They have failed to complete my deal and now they will not answer my further emails regarding any update on my situation.
They are the WORST company I have has the misfortune to deal with. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from them to look elsewhere.

Hot Golf failed on this occasion. Placed order 9th June. No communication or shipment tracking issued for a couple of days, which is unusual. Contacted customer service 12th June and was told the warehouse team are too busy at the moment, but your order will leave the warehouse today and we’ll email the tracking number. Nothing received next day. Called again 13th June and again I was told warehouse team are very busy, but your order will leave today, I was provided with a Royal Mail tracking number - Good progress. I then received a phone call from hot golf 30 mins later informing me my order wont leave any time soon as the item is out of stock! A real shame as website when writing this review still states item is in stock. I was offered to wait > 1 week or full refund. Full refund was processed, but overall shabby service as I’ve never had any issues with hot golf previously.

Bought a new glove, three new wedges and some replacement grips. When the package arrived a couple of days later, the glove was missing. Contacted them, they apologised and shipped a replacement glove. No fuss, no drama.

Their prices are really good, their service is excellent and Hotgolf will be my go to place for new equipment from now on.

When my ecco golf shoes started leaking i contacted hot golf and got thru to Caine.
Caine was extremely helpful and explained the process which i followed and a full warranty refund was forthcoming in under a fortnight
I cannot thank Caine and hotgolf enough and would defo recommend them

A Powercaddy Golf Cart bag I had for 10 months ripped and they did a great job in getting the manufacturer to replace it for me many thanks.

Ordered new trolley on Monday 20th May did not arrive by Wednesday 22nd May after calling them they apologised and told me they were out of stock and my order would arrive by Saturday 25th but it was not to be after I spoke with Callum on Sunday everything was sorted out and my trolley will arrive on Wednesday with a bit of luck

Excellent customer service from Hotgolf.A damaged item was replaced promptly and efficiently.All e-mails were answered quickly and informatively.

Bought a pair of shoes in store marked up at 59.99…

Guy at checkout serving me and helping me to find the shoes charged me 69.99 …

Queried it and he refunded me £10 then proceeded to say he thought they were 79.99 even though he was there sorting the shoes and moving the label after I took the box.

Bizarre experience and will not use again !

Clubhouse Golf here we come.

Have used Hotgolf to purchase many products. Most recently I had an issue with my golf bag as the pocket broke. Hotgolf (in particular Caine) contacted the manufacture, dealt with the whole situation until a resolution was provided, excellent customer service.

What a fantastic company to deal with. The pricing was the most competitive in the market and the customer service was second to none. I will not hesitate in using Hotgolf again soon :)

Got to know Hot golf after a fitting for ping irons. Great service then and recently I noticed one club had a slight issue. It has been agreed I can send my set back for a repair of the 5 iron and a check of all my other clubs to ensure they are up to scratch.

As I needed a box to ship them back in I purchased a ping driver and WOW. service fast and driver FORGIVING. it makes me look good at golf.

Hot Golf will always be a point of call for anything Golf.

Excellent company with great customer service. Had a faulty item and Hotgolf very quickly agreed to replace. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the knowledge that if you have any issues they will resolve

I bought a Callaway Fairway carry bag at a good price from Hotgolf and it arrived the next day. I couldn't locate the rain hood so I emailed Hotgolf. They had a look at a bag in their stock and advised that the hood was concealed behind a sheet of cardboard in the main pocket. Great service and will not hesitate to use them again.
