I purchased a pair of FJ shoes. Unfortunately they were faulty after I had worn them for a few rounds. The team at Hotgolf made sure the process of returning the shoes to FJ and getting a new pair was as simple as it could be.

Hotgolf as promised price matched a competitor so I ordered and paid for the Golf bag on the telephone at 2:30pm.
I received via DPD my bag well packaged the next day at 9:00am !!

Pre ordered a Bettinardi Antidote putter from Hotgolf that was delivered the next day after coming into stock on website. Excellent service. Ordered lots of stuff from these guys on Ebay, sometimes things take a day longer than expected but If you shop at best price something has to give now and then.

Best price on New Balance shoes and arrived in 2 days.

I've used Hotgolf a few times before and have always found them very good. When my latest purchase (Ping driver) went on a DPD-sponsored tour of the Midlands, Jess at Hotgolf was great. She recalled the item, and was very helpful in sorting out a replacement. She even threw in a couple of sleeves of balls for the hassle. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

Best price Ping cart bag I could find on line. The bag was with me within 24 hours of ordering, superb service with a good DPD courier service. Well packaged and arrived safely, will definitely be using them again.

I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering anything with this company. Two items ordered both faulty. I'm waiting still for the refund for both items. It's now been delivered five weeks since I ordered and three weeks since I told them about the problem I still haven't received a refund and I spent over £1500 with this company. I've returned the items I feel extremely disappointed. I would advise you to avoid this company. If I don't receive a refund soon, I'm going to have to go through trading standards. What a nightmare.

Happy to say Hot Golf have been in touch and have refunded my money for the lost delivery and have also forwarded a gift for the inconvenience. My faith restored

I can't fault the customer service! I placed an oder which was despatched very quickly, but unfortunately I hadn't filled in the address properly, so Royal Mail couldn't deliver it. I called Customer Services who dealt with the issue straight away (even though it was just before Christmas) and I was able to get my parcel ready for Christmas.

After not receiving my discount,customer service rang and refunded the money straight away.

A Truly wonderful company to deal with I’ve purchased many different quality items on line through EBay and directly in store as I’m only 5 miles away.

Customer service is exemplary and nothing less than 100 percent.

Having recently had a Gore-Tex golf shoe let water/moisture in they encouraged me to return them and they advised they would send them to the manufacturer (I was happy to just keep and use in the dry months but I think it was Matt who said definitely bring them back- which I did.

3 days later £155 refunded.

Incredible customer service and Jonathan politely emailed and left a voicemail to confirm exactly that.

Ordered a Sun Mountain Staff cart bag (older model), best price I had seen. Delivdered by DPD the very next day in the morning as promised. Item is fabulous. I can't fault the service, delivery or price from Hot Golf and on this experience I would recommend them and use them again myself. Very pleased, well done guys.

Listen folks, I know that this company always seems to offer the best price by a few pounds but seriously consider if that cup of coffee and a cake is worth the deplorable service you will receive when something inevitably goes wrong. They literally are at the stage of hiding from emails regarding faulty goods and you end up wasting valuable time and money trying to get a resolution. The cheapest is definitely not the best as this company proves. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company. Avoid.

I have been getting the vast majority of my golf gear from hotgolf.
They have a great selection of quality golf clothing, shoes, clubs and balls, all of which tend to cost less than their competitors, and saving me a small fortune.
If on the odd occasion you find an item cheaper at another store (very seldome happens), hotgolf will match that price.
This is the first place I ever look when I'm looking for golf equipment or attire, and have frequently recommended it to friends and family.

On Saturday afternoon I emailed Hotgolf, to ask if they could deliver a golf watch to me before Wednesday, a young lady responded almost immediately to advise that they could. I was quite adamant I required it by Wednesday.
Monday Morning 09:00 it arrived, how's that for service. Cannot fault the service I have received.,

Ordered clubs but turned out they weren’t in stock which I didn’t realise at the time of ordering - it was a bit time critical as they were a birthday gift. Spoke to James and he assured me that the clubs were due to arrive into stock. He wasn’t wrong, they arrived a couple of days later and they are perfect.
