I ordered a Sky Caddie and not even 24 hrs later the product arrived, unfortunately no all was received because of natural cause, I contacted Hot Golf and they put things right in the space of 24hrs , great service always will recommend and use

Good price and free trolley bag. Unfortunately the bag did not arrive with the trolley, but very good customer service and the bag arrived a couple of days later with no fuss and an apology.

Just received champions choice Scotty Cameron putter I just hope it’s the real deal. Wouldn’t rush back to you to purchase again due to lack of communication

I recently ordered 4 boxes of TP5x balls from HotGolf. When the package arrived, thanks to the ineptitude Royal Mail I only had 1 boxes inside of a package that had clearly been opened.
Before getting on the phone to berate RM I called HotGolf and spoke with Caine who was brilliant.
Having listened to my concerns Caine asked me to provide an image of the parcel and later on I also provided a video of the Ring camera picking up the RM delivery. Straight away Caine confirmed that HotGolf would send me the 3 missing boxes and chase the complaint with RM themselves.
Brilliant customer services and a fast response.

How a business sorts out problems (which can happen to anyone) says a lot - especially if remote/on-line.

Couldn't have done more to sort out an issue with club under warranty so cheers.

I have dealt with 'Hotgolf' several times now and always found them extremely helpful. The prices and the products they sell are excellent.

I recently had a putter bought for me as a gift and it wasn't the model I wanted. I contacted Hotgolf and was provided with the best customer service support I could have wanted from Caine. The putter was exchanged without any problems and was kept informed of the status from start to finish.
The prices at Hotgolf are always great and with the customer service support why shop anywhere else ?

Bought 3 pairs of shoes delivered 2 , had to ask for the refund on the pair not delivered
THEN returned the other 2 pairs because they did not refund full money on pair not received
THEY said the boxes where empty and did not refund the money

Not only do Hotgolf provide quality items at the best prices their customer service is excellent. I've had two occasions to contact them over the last year with a query on an order and their service team were first rate. Prompt friendly service but really did put customer first. I can't recommend highly enough.

Unbelievable customer service. I made the rookie mistake of sending the wrong items to HotGolf and Caine couldn't have been more helpful when I contacted them to let them know about this mistake. He made sure to keep an eye out for my items and did me a massive favour by sending them back to me free of charge. I've ordered from HotGolf many times in the past and honestly can't recommend them enough! Thank you Caine, saved me a fortune and I'll definitely be back in the near future!

First time user of this site and placed an order on 12th of the month. I chased this order on 17th and was told my product was out of stock. I subsequently got a timely follow up explanation, together with a gift from the team. It seems the issue was outside their control.
Not able to give full stars as original order not fulfilled, but grateful all the same.

Speed of delivery , very pleasant staff and faulty item replaced with speed .

Had to return a faulty pair of golf shoes and after a couple of emails back and forth a full refund was made.

Have been customer for years but relatability has fallen to very questionable levels. After Brexit delivery to continental Europe became bothersome but now it has become completely unreliable. Golf trousers ordered 7 December still not shipped at 4 Jan. No respons on email when inquiring for delivery terms. £82 gone? May upgrade review upon reply and delivery

I seem to have fallen into the same trap as many other customers, should have checked the reviews before ordering really. I ordered a Ping Hoofer bag on Boxing Day as they were offering an extra 10% off and the bag was listed as in stock. I received my confirmation email from DPD to say they were expecting my item. Obviously I didn’t expect this to be shipped until the 27th but by the 29th the tracking information had not been updated. I initially emailed Hotgolf to ask what was happening to which I have still not received a reply. I rang them to be told that there had been a problem with their system and the bag was not in stock. I will now not receive it until after the new year as they have had to order it from Ping. All of this could have been avoided with better communication from Hotgolf. They have said they will send a free gift with the bag as a gesture of goodwill. Review May be upgraded if the bag arrives when it is now supposed to.
