Just moved my app to HostHatch. The speed and prices are unbeatable, especially in the SEA area. I just wish the company was a little bit more outgoing on its social media accounts to offer more surface area for customers and users to interact, which is necessary these days for building trust.

Cheap prices, cheap hardware, cheap bandwidth — but terrible support.

They provide unprofessional service and support. Since they hold the position of service provider, when you politely respond and raise questions during your use of the service, they simply reply in a curt, dismissive manner — they let personal emotions dictate how they handle service matters.

I had a server that was 2 days overdue. They suspended it — fine, no complaints from me. But what's worth mentioning is that they outright cancelled the invoice, seemingly as their way of dealing with their displeasure at what the customer asked them. When I logged in, there was no option left to pay that invoice — the service had been completely terminated. As for what "satisfaction" they were evaluating, God only knows.

So if anyone is considering using their service, think carefully: the price is cheap, but the service is poor.

I've had a server with HostHatch for years. The performance is exceptional, and costs much less than getting similar performance from one of the large cloud companies. Downtime is extremely rare. Upgrading your VPS is simple and automated when you're ready. They have plans available at every size from very small test sites through large production sites with heavy traffic. HostHatch consistently has great VPS benchmarks, and my experience has confirmed those results. Many data center locations are available and many linux distributions are supported. My VPS has worked flawlessly without any issues over several years. You can pay monthly or up to two years at a time for a discount, or add credits to your account. Basically no downsides, unless you need fully managed hosting.

VPS was turned off because of "Invoice Overdue" despite big positive balance (enough to work for 6 month) without any notice. Support does not answer questions. This provider can not be used for any serious tasks.
Update. As a result of this review - I got following message from them: "Your remaining credit has been refunded. Your servers will be cancelled at the end of their billing periods. You should search for a more serious provider."

Assigned a fully blacklisted IP with Fraud Score 100/100 — refund refused

I purchased a VPS from HostHatch and was immediately assigned IP 176.126.84.67, which has a Fraud Score of 100/100 on IPQS, is blacklisted on spam databases, and is flagged as High Risk. The server was unusable from day one.

When I contacted support, they refused to guarantee a clean replacement IP and refused a refund, saying they "do not promise clean IPs" — information that was never disclosed before purchase.

When I mentioned filing a chargeback (a standard consumer right), they threatened to add me to "fraud databases" — a clear attempt at intimidation.

This IP is on their own network (AS63473). They assigned a broken resource and refuse to take responsibility. Stay away if you need a working IP for any real use case.

My experience with HostHatch has been very disappointing. Communication was slow, support was not helpful in resolving my issue, and the overall handling of my case left me with little confidence in the company.

As a paying customer, I expected clearer communication, faster responses, and a more professional approach when concerns were raised. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

This review is based on my personal experience with HostHatch. Based on that experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Update: they replied to my ticket and told it was 400 Days since no reboot of server that caused the issue

I honestly regret ever purchasing a VPS from HostHatch. This has to be one of the most frustrating and unreliable hosting services I’ve ever experienced. The server performance is terrible — constant downtime, random disconnections, and extremely slow speeds that make the VPS almost unusable.

Very bad experience with HostHatch.
Terrible support, slow responses, and zero responsibility. They only care about taking payments, not providing proper service.
Completely disappointed. Not recommended at all.

Over the years, I've moved infrastructure across dozens of providers, and learned to keep my expectations low. HostHatch has genuinely impressed me.

I currently have my platform in nine regions with them. What stands out is their network and the speed of the servers. I think they operate in superb datacenters such as Equinix. Their compute instances are fast EPYCs. Superior stable performance and low latency across the board. It’s exactly what I need for a complex, multi-region setup where routing reliability is the make-or-break factor. Their custom panel is also very easy to operate - facilitates even things like backup management. They are also (as one of the very few) supporting BGP sessions (so you can bring your own ASN and IP space)

Beyond the tech, the team is fantastic. Dealing with Abel and Ivan has been great. These guys know their stuff. Knowledgeable, technical, and efficient. You can tell they actually care about getting things solved and done the right way, not just the fast way.

It refreshing to be working with a provider and platform where the infrastructure feels engineered from the ground up. HostHatch is easily one of the best I've partnered with. I'll certainly grow my footprint with them.

We have a VPS "NVMe 96 GB" at HostHatch for more than 2 years, running a webserver there with ~500k unique visitors per month. Downtimes of the VPS are extremely rare. We're really happy with their service and technical support and we highly recommend them. They're always kind and helpful.

This company took my money and never gave me my service. I emailed them the first time, and they said it took 2-3 days. I emailed them again later and they never responded.

Terrible customer service, sold a server that did not match description, then refused to refund on the grounds of no refunds - scam company

I've been a HostHatch customer for over a year now and have been running a lot of my projects on their servers. The main reason I stick around is the incredible value. It's hard to find a better deal, especially in their Asian data centers. For example, I'm paying just $12 a month for a powerful server in Tokyo with 12GB of RAM and a fast EPYC processor.
It hasn't been absolutely perfect, of course. I had one instance where I had to wait a few days for a new server in Tokyo to be set up, and I also experienced a couple of hours of network downtime in Hong Kong once.
But honestly, for the price I'm paying, those have been very minor issues. I've been happy enough to keep using them as my main provider.

Unreliable Support & Mismanagement of Security Incidents

I've been using HostHatch for several months. While their pricing is attractive for the specs they offer, the customer service is seriously lacking — especially in situations that matter most.

1. Support is Unreliable

The problem is in their super slow or non-existent ticket response.

There were multiple times the service I bought went down for several minutes. One time I had to open a ticket to tell them about it. But they have never responded to the ticket, until finally the service is back online again.

2. Incapability of Understanding Security Notices

Then the latest one, my service got suspended due to exploit vulnerability NOTICE in a panel that I use. The thing is I was not exploiting anything, from the message they forwarded, a company called DIVD found the vulnerability from my service's IP and our panel was not updated, and they simply sent HostHatch a notice about it.

But somehow HostHatch interpret it as abuse that I'm doing:

They FAILED to interpret this notice properly. This proves that the HostHatch abuse department is NOT CAPABLE of understanding the notice sent to them.

HostHatch abuse department misinterpreted the notification and accused me of trying to exploit the vulnerability — something I absolutely did not do. They acted on this misinformation by suspending my service with only 24 hours' notice via email, which I missed.

3. Poor Response to Urgent Tickets

So I opened a new ticket about it and giving the full context and that I'll immediately update my panel.

Even though I've marked my ticket as urgent, it has been more than 3 hours since I opened my ticket, they haven't sent a reply back at all. This is far too slow for a service suspension, especially if you're running production workloads.

I will not recommend anyone to use their service if you are using it for production-level or anything that is not testing-purpose service.

Turned into a terrible hosting. I have two storage servers from them, one of them went down for a week, support team replied after so long time and their response was "You have full root access", you can use Console. Yes, I used console, but nothing would boot up. Then, their support mentioned their node has issues so the server wouldn't boot up. After that, they provided me with a new server.

After few months, another storage server went down, same response, and I am still waiting for my server to go up. Extremely disappointed and stay away from this hosting for anything related to production.

My host was blocked by no reason. I checked my emails and they just send me " you are trying to attack other website" WTF??! I don't know how to do it at all.
