Received the bike today and was built before my daughter arrived from school. She loves it. Easy to put together and for the money couldn't find anything that came close. Now my wife is also looking to buy

Great value mountain bike
The website info about the bike I bought (29 inch MTB 2x 8 speed) was pretty comprehensive, and included a sizing chart, so I was able to make a reasonable decision to purchase, sight unseen.
Delivery was timely for a 16kg bike shipped from Brisbane to my Melbourne address, costing about $55 and arriving within a week (with an LWE in it). Bike itself is really good value for $430- a full Shimano drive train and shifters, quick release wheels, and Tectro disc brakes. I live in Adelaide but frequent Melbourne and I wanted a keep-fit bike to leave with family to ride the many bike paths available, eg, Merri Creek, Moonee Ponds creek etc. The 2X8 drivetrain is ideal for the short steep climbs along these creeks, with a lowest pairing of 22 f X32 r, After doing about 200km in a week or so, I have no doubt this bike will be sturdy and reliable, and even looks pretty cool with a low sheen mint green frame and sleek seat .

Good value for money
I bought two bikes and both of them looks very good quality, I'm really impressed with them. The size guide was very helpful and as they said they arrived ready to ride, the delivery in Brisbane area was only 3 days. I'll definitely recommend horaciobikes to my friends.

Excellent Service 👌
Excellent service from start to finish. They went out of their way to fix my bike at their own expense, which I genuinely appreciated. The quality of the work was top-notch, and you can tell they really care about what they do. The bike now rides smoothly and feels nice and quick without any issues. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and Excellent product
Excellent service. Andy was very welcoming and informative and gave us ample opportunity to test ride the bike. His undivided attention helped us feel confident and up to speed on all we needed to know - he was able to answer our questions easily.
He assembled a bike for us to take straight away.
We purchased the Horacio Serenio Step Through Gates Belt-Drive Electric Bike and I have ridden it a number of times since purchase. I am very happy with the purchase, the quality, the price and the service.

Bang for your buck
Won't find a better 24" mountain bike for the price. I tried. Nice geometry, hydraulic brakes and decent fork. Just swap out the pedals for something nicer.

The company was well put together even the delivery person and the instore people as well. But there could have been more measurements on the website

Delivery was great was and quick, took the bike to a mountain bike specialist shop the get a pump for the tyres. The bike specialist overlooked the bike; explained and showed (a lot of the pre built parts) were installed incorrectly and will have to be repaired.
