The customer service is outstanding, from the moment I turned up for a test ride i was made to feel like they cared, to the delivery of my bike,I love my new bike, i have major health problems and need to exercise we live in a very hilly area the bike does it with ease highly recommend great service great price

Could you let us know exactly where the noise is coming from? It may be an installation issue, and our technicians are happy to guide you through troubleshooting or adjustments.
Regarding the assist levels, the model you purchased has 3-speed assist modes along with a push-assist mode. We have never advertised it as having 5 assist levels, so there may have been some confusion. If you have a reference, feel free to share it with us, and we’d be happy to clarify.

Thank you for your review! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying your bike. Your order was picked up by the carrier on Monday afternoon from our Brisbane warehouse and by the next morning, it had already arrived in NSW, which is a very fast transit time.
Unfortunately, the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful because Authority to Leave was not selected at checkout, meaning the carrier required a signature to complete the delivery. It seems they were unable to find someone available to sign, so they marked it as "no one in attendance." As a result, there was a delay while they attempted delivery again later.
We understand that waiting for a package can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. We will continue working with our shipping partners to provide the best experience possible.

Great all round

The customer service blew me away
The customer service blew me away. Every request was accommodated. We went thru about 10 emails between initial enquiry to order and refinement and eventually delivery.
Sharon in particular was very patient and I was most impressed.
I have received the bike. It looks premium. In the process of assembling it.
Shipping from Qld to Adelaide wasnt expensive and including accessories cost me less than a similar bike from a popular bike chain store less than 3 kms from home.
