Fast & Friendly Customer Service
I was unable to find a link to a free pattern after using my phone to fill out a survey so, I sent an email to the support center and received a very kind reply the same day with the pattern attached. Another time, I used the chat feature to help me pick out yarn for a project. It was easy to use, fast and friendly!

When you have an issue with something, you want a prompt response. The customer service team responded that very same day to my problem ! They kept working with me until it was resolved. I’d give them an A+.

I have just received my first box from Hooks & Needles, the quality of the wool is excellent, everything you need for the projects is included. The free gifts are lovely, especially the scissors.

My first subscription box was missing an item
I received my first subscription box, and I’m thrilled with the contents and patterns. I noticed from the booklet that I was missing an item, so I emailed support. From my initial email to resolution, less than an hour had passed, and on a weekend! My missing item is already on the way. I’m very satisfied and can’t wait for my next sub box! Excellent customer service and high-quality products!!
