They responded very quickly and addressed my problem and sent me the correct boxes. They were very easy to communicate with.

I had a gift delivery sent to my daughter, but after a week the box was never found. Hooks & Needles sent a replacement box within 24 hours of being notified at absolutely no cost to me. I'm beyond satisfied with this company's products and their customer service.

I had a missing item from my order and a refund was quickly issued. I have received several orders with no issues prior to this.

I’d always wanted to learn to crochet, and finally took the plunge with Hooks & Needles. So glad I did! The subscription boxes are a delight, and they come packed with beautiful yarn and goodies that make it even more enjoyable! And the YouTube videos are amazing, exactly what I needed to learn to crochet! Can’t recommend them enough!!

This experience with support was great. Although it took a few days to sort out 2 issues with my subscription, Support kept me posted as to the progress this time and was able to escalate an issue to get that resolved as well. Very Good customer service this time!

I recently joined the subscription of hooks and needles, I have read and seen many peoples some negative and some positive, but for me I would rather find out things for my self. I like to receiving both boxes, the crochet and the knitting. I have found the quality of the contents of the boxes really good. I like the little magazines that come in the boxes and I like texture of the wool and the tools that one receives.
Well the other day I sent in a mild complete because I had received the knitting subscription but not the crochet. My email started with how disappointed I was, I received an apologetic email, and there was some back and forth with the emails. I was offered another package, but to my surprise I received another knitting subscription and a crochet one, meaning that I now had three boxes, I requested for a returns slip so that I could return my extra box, but out of the kindness of their hearts, they said that I could keep it, so you have a very happy customer.
I really do look forward to receiving my goodies each month. I recently purchased the Della Q hooks and needles notebook, to which I will fill with my tools that I receive from hooks and needles.

I started getting boxes from hooks and needles a few months ago. The first was knitting and that didn’t work so I switched to crochet. The yarn in the box was okay. The pattern book had advanced on it. I still got another one and the yarn was cotton just like before in almost the same colors. I contacted the support and told them that I was interested in yarn. So I got a yarn box and the yarn was the same kind. I received a crochet box this week and it had exactly the same stuff. I contacted them. They were right in it and got back to me and sent another box of yarn which hasn’t arrived yet. The customer support people are great that’s why I am still there. There are too many places selling these boxes to be complacent. I think it’s important that we speak up when we don’t get what we paid for and they should step up to the plate like their customer support team.

Although my box was a beautiful one , it was crochet and not knitting. After a mail to hooks and needles , they promptly solved the problem and the right box is already on the way.
I would recommend, you won't be disappointed.
