My box was held up in the mail, tracking said it was out for delivery for 12 days. They sent me out a new box immediately. Very friendly and helpful customer service. No regrets.

I didn't receive the extra Halloween patterns and within an hour of sending an email customer service reached out with the sweetest email and a link to the patterns. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service. I'm dealing with a different company for never receiving my package and that has been a nightmare so excellent customer service just makes my day!

I don’t know if it helps or hinders you guys to have the same person leaving multiple reviews, but I want to make it clear that I don’t do this for vouchers, discounts, or anything else. Whether or not I receive one is completely beside the point.

Hooks and needles is great for just getting into crochet. I appreciated the video guidance and the kit having all that I needed. While there were some glitches, like QR codes not working, they were addressed quickly by their customer care team. I always received a quick response and resolution (like them sending a PDF of the pattern). This helped me trust in the product more!

There was a tear in the box, one skein was missing. It was quickly replaced.

Got accepted as an ambassador which I was so excited about! I was waiting for my box so I could do the craft and post about it to get more people interested in the products. Well i still haven't gotten it and received an email stating they were canceling me because I havent sold any. When I told them I havent gotten the box yet they still dismissed me and stopped replying. It hadn't even been 2 weeks.

Absolutely superb support. No request is too much trouble. Highly recommended
