Good service and very happy with the work quality

Fitters arrived on time. Miko and John did a brilliant job. They worked quickly and made sure everything was just right. They cleared up afterwards. Very easy to get on with. We are delighted with the new windows and front door which have completely changed the look of our house for the better. Have triple glazing which reduces the noise from the road outside. Would highly recommend

Absolutely awful service job done. Communication and response has been awful from the start . Number time we been phone them to sort a fault no response. I wonder what there policy is ?

I am so pleased that I have given my windows to Homestyle windows . From the beginning till installation the whole process was so smooth and excellent service from each and everyone who is involved. The guy who came for the order who is so knowledgeable about the product and delivers 5 star service . Kevin was so helpful while surveying and the following days . The best part is the installation, both guys are so professional and good at the work .efficient . They arrived at 8 am which gives me a best impression. Throughout the installation without any breaks they completed the installation . They took care of my house as they did so cleaned job .

Sunny Bowel, came over and provided me great advice on my current window situation and provided an array of options . Just had them replaced and look amazing! I would recommend Homestyle windows to anyone looking to change their windows.

Worst experience ever, really hard pressure sale tactics. We went with them as they were slightly better priced and we really needed to get our windows replaced. After we paid a deposit we then had their surveyor come and measure up. He turned up unannounced without appointment. I happened to be working from home that day at was in meetings. He got frustrated with me as I could stop what O was doing when ever he wanted me. We were then told they couldn’t do the work as they felt our bay windows were falling away from the house. We got in contact with our surveyor who said this was not the case. A friend of our is is a structural engineer came and had a look and agreed there was nothing wrong with it at all. Home style continued to say it was unsafe to do, but if we agreed to sign a form to say we would take full responsibility for any damage they would do the work. We of course said NO way. They then refused to give us our refund and after threat of legal action and 8 weeks of calls and fighting it they eventually said they would refund us. Terms and conditions were clear that as they were saying they couldn’t do it we were entitled to a full refund. But they kept sending us all around the place.

Company were an absolute nightmare. I’d say stay away.

Had my front porch door done by these guys and the quality is amazing. The best bit was the discounts and finish they did, no clean up needed by me.

Really happy with the customer service they’re provide. I’ve had my windows installed for over 5 months now and there was a small issue with the handle, they came the next day and replaced it. They really do care about the guarantees they provide, compared to other companies who just say them then charge extra or not honour them.

Very satisfied with their service and their affordable prices compared to big companies and their quality 10/10

Honestly very happy and satisfied with this company and their team helped me a lot and best service I got from them when they came to give me a quote and when they did the fittings I got my doors and all my windows changed from them and they left me very satisfied with their service. Also price wise they gave me the best price and price was way better than other big companies (Anglian)
