I had this company come by to give a free quote for some windows. 2 hours later, yes 2 hours later they were trying to do a hard sale with me, all the pressurising tactics were put to play and soon as they knew that I would not sign up anything that day recalled some of the discounts and dropped a quote across. They were also not competitive enough, sales representative was inappropriate, making comments on the spec of the window then telling me to ask my partner about them when I fully understood what he was talking about. I worry about the elderly as I could see the amount of pressure they apply which is why I am writing this review. I am also a professional buyer so the basic tactics are very obvious to me but I hoped that they would see I would need to double check the spec with another provider but unfortunately they are not interested in rationale just a sale.

I have no idea why the review rating is so high while this company is full of a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs. We paid a deposit in good faith, expecting the agreed-upon services to be delivered. Not only were the services never provided, but the company has also completely stopped responding to our emails and phone calls. Every attempt to contact them has been ignored. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior. At this point, it feels like nothing short of a scam. We are exploring all available legal options and reporting them to relevant consumer protection authorities. Do not make the same mistake we did.

The guy called Gary just ghosted us after the deposit was taken. No one will answer your email or your call as there is a third party call Centre which will never be able to connect you to some real person.

They are real professionals as it’s taken at least 6 visits to do the initial installation and now that my door has shifted due to not aligning properly, it would not shut. Since I raised this as an emergency 3 days ago there is no call back from them. The MAIN team is AWOL!
They have no customer database or way of finding my order by some order reference and each time I must repeat details of who with a message that someone will call me.

Imagine living in a house where the door cannot be locked and the glazier company has no response time to come and fix it.

I've left a previous review below. Since last year we have been awaiting a new front patio door. They came to fit it after half a year and had not measured it correctly in the first place.

I've had two members of staff give them me their direct contact details and they are now ghosting us.

I hope by writing this someone in this company will finally respon.

VERY VERY FRUSTRATING COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I wish I could say better things but it has been challenge after challenge.

Windows not fitted correctly, no communication, everything had to be chased, only responding when threatened with reporting to Fensa and DGCOS.

Only reason they got 2 stars rather than 1 is Lee the fitter tried to help out but he received little to no communication from his management.

STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FINISH THE JOB PROPERLY.

Not had an installation with this company but I will say their drivers are diabolical on the roads. Incident on 17/09/2025 (21 plate van ending in RXN) typical bully tactics, come racing up behind leaving not even a car length between us… The fact there were vehicles in front and to the left of me, he obviously thought I was holding him up.
The brain power to drive like a complete d1ck whilst in a company logo’d van.
Yes I made feelings known.

We had windows installed at our property by Homestyle and no problem with the job.

However we were then phoned by a salesman offering a £500 voucher if we had any further work completed on the property so decided to have our fascias replaced by Homestyle at a cost of £2000.

We went ahead with the job and this was over a year ago but absolutely no sign of the £500 voucher that we were promised despite continuous prompting.

Don't know how else to get the voucher.

I think they are a fraudulent company. I had a very pushy sales rep attend, I signed a contract, paid a hefty deposit and then their surveyor came out to measure 7 days later. The window designs were ultimately different to those I had been initially sold and I have been trying to contact the company to arrange a cancellation and full refund for the past three weeks.

AVOID!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had a roof installed and it has been leaking ever since. They attempted to come and fix it by squirting loads of mastic down but I could have told them that wouldn’t work as there is an actual hole in the roof where they did a bad job around the pipework. I will be attaching videos of the leak. They are not getting back to me considering this is an emergency. I have already cleared 4 buckets of water from my floor. I have never dreaded rain so much in my life.

Stuart came out to fix a problem with my front door lock – he was very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. He took the time to try different solutions and answered all my questions patiently. While the outcome wasn’t a perfect fix (through no fault of his own), it was a big improvement on what I had before. I really appreciated his professionalism and helpful manner throughout.

Great company, no issues. The window installation was smooth and the employees are friendly.

After haggling with their salesman for several hours we settled on £4,800 that we were happy with and paid our deposit. They came out the next day to measure and everything was very efficient. We asked to make to two minor alterations to our plan, which should have made little if any difference to the cost. After several weeks they got back to us to say that they had a misquoted us and it would now be £7768, almost double our original price. Because we had requested a slight alteration they were not obliged to honour the original price we put down a deposit for. Very disappointing, and a massive waste of our time.

Stuart turned up on time and effeciently made the adjustments required. All windows look fantastic brilliant job Homestyle.

Professionalism and punctual
Customer service and attitudes were excellent

This is the second time that I called out an engineer for my front door and backdoor and both times a lovely gentleman called Stuart has come out and he was punctual on time polite lovely guy and top of all that he really knows his stuff and fixed both doors promptly while explaining what the problem is..would highly recommend and specially if it’s Stuart

We had a patio door replaced with home style. We had good experience from start to finish. Very happy with the product and customer service.

Took almost a year to instal main windows, said they would install skylights then did not and have ignored me for over 3 months now, prietymuch just stole my money and as such I now have to go through legal services to get my money back, absolutely shocking

I was kept informed on the progress of my installation at all times and all meetings with Homestyle Windows representatives were very timely and constructive. I find the work itself is done to a very high standard and the installers themselves were friendly, professional and very efficient.
