Appreciate the advise with product and super happy with the price and quality of herringbone I have bought.

Easy communication and smooth ordering proccess.

We have completed bespoke project with American oak products we have purchased.

Customer is extremely satisfied with the outcome which speaks for itself about quality of the product.

This wasn’t a first order and definitely not the last one, because price range is very competitive and more than fair.

Customer service and expertise provided was very informative & professional. We have been advised before placing order about things which we didn’t consider ourselves and that saved us a lot of time making decision with designing team.

Looking forward to do business in the near future.

Dealt with Shah from the onset who was very knowledgeable on what flooring was suitable for floating herringbone wood for underfloor heating. Delivery was very quick and product looks great on appearance. (Not fitted yet).

We are extremely disappointed with our purchase of Oxford Herringbone American Black Walnut flooring from Homes & Floors.

After just one month of being installed, the floor is already showing significant visible scratches, despite us vacuuming twice daily and taking care of our home. We spent a lot of money on what we expected to be a quality, durable floor suitable for everyday living, not one that appears to mark so easily. When we raised our concerns, the response focused on buffing the scratches and applying maintenance oil rather than properly investigating why this is happening. We do not believe it is reasonable to be repairing a brand-new floor after just one month. We have requested a proper investigation and a satisfactory resolution. A very disappointing experience so far.

Floor is beautiful and at a competitive price. Only surpassed by the level of customer service - beyond excellent. Highly recommend to everyone.

Really knowledgeable and reliable company helped us no end !!! Thanks guys

I knew what I needed to patch an existing floor and Shahid was helpful in assuring the right delivery arrangements. In the end, because it was such a small order he delivered it himself on time. The product is great, service exemplary and cost represents great value. No hesitation in recommending the company and I already have !

Really happy with the service from Homes and Floors Ltd. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. The quality is great, highly recommend!

Great experience with this company! I have placed the order (after reading the reviews) on Wednesday, 22 July around midday, all went smooth and made the payment safely. Then I called them and kindly asked for a delivery this week. The delivery came today, 24 July, no pack damaged, very good quality oak floor! Strongly recommended company!

Highly recommend Homes & Floors after purchasing Richmond Lacquered Engineered flooring for the whole of downstairs. Shah was available for my multiple questions prior to purchase including the most suitable underlay. Amazing service, delivered when stated & even sent me doorbars within 2 days when I realised those originally ordered weren’t going to be suitable. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I am very happy with the flooring service provided by this company. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The team was punctual, friendly, and very skilled.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional flooring services. Thank you for the great work!

Excellent tiles , very professional service , really fast delivery . Ordered a full pallet 64 tiles at 120cm x 60 cm and every tile in perfect condition. If you are looking for tiles I would recommend this company . Shah is a top bloke .

Excellent product, price and service on 3 occasions this year on 3 large orders

Competitive price and speedy delivery. What’s not to like ?

Good value and friendly customer service, delivered on time.

Excellent Quality and Great Value!
I recently purchased engineered wood, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality. The finish is smooth, durable, and looks even better in person than I expected. Installation was easy, and the material feels strong and long-lasting. It has completely elevated the look of my space. Definitely worth the purchase—highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and stylish engineered wood!

We want to replace the floor in our house. Therefore we ordered samples from online companies. This is the only one which charges for samples. But this is not the problem, the problem is that you don't receive them. From four samples, I received only three. Contacting them, they said they are coming from separated warehouses, in different envelopes. Is it true? I don't think so. Because the second one came one week after ordering, absolutely it was sent out only after I contacted them. I received lots of free samples, even catalogues and charts from other companies, in time, well packaged. From Homes and Floors, even if paid for, not in time and only after contacting them. Will I trust them to place an order with them? How could I if they are not paying attention to send samples properly, a thing which should be very simple?

Just finished installation of herringbone engineered oak from Homes and Floors. It looks fabulous and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and at a very reasonable price. But It’s the customer service that stood out – Shah was my point of contact, and he was very knowledgeable (and I did ask a lot of questions), no quibble changes to delivery, prompt email correspondence, and assistance. It’s not often that one gets such a great service from start to finish.

My first order.
Samples arrived very swiftly.
I ordered 18 square meters of solid oak planks and arranged for delivery Monday 15th September. The transport let them down but Shah and his staff were excellent. Tracked my order and made huge efforts to get my delivery for 3pm yesterday the 16th.
Tha quality of the wood I chose is excellent.
I would highly recommend this company .

Really helpful with ordering on a tight timescale. Delivered exactly on the day quoted. Quality flooring too.
