Our couch is wonderful. Sturdy yet cozy. We had a bit of a hiccup with delivery. Two people definitely required for assembly. Would recommend white glove delivery and set up if that’s an option.

We love our new sectional
We love our new sectional. The fabric swatches came quickly and really did make a difference in our decision. The sectional was delivered so fast after ordering. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. I also recommend the assembly videos. They were super helpful. The sectional looks great and is very comfortable.

I've been a customer of this shop for many many years. I really feel that the quality of the foam has gone way down. They were nice enough to replace some of my failed foam, however with just a few weeks it's collapsed again. Seems like it would be an easy fix but it must not be that. After this one wears out I probably will not be buying another one from this company. I don't feel that their technology has fine-tuned to the needs of the people. It's a great idea the product is slipping however.

Horribly uncomfortable
These couches are horribly uncomfortable. I've had them for 6 years and I do not like sitting on them for more than 10 minutes. The backs break easily and the foam on the top of the back of the couch disintegrates and is not free to replace. The zippers on the covers also constantly break and have to be resewn. The only upside is the storage.

We understand the seating hasn’t felt comfortable for longer stretches. Your pieces have our original Standard Seat depth. We’ve since introduced the Deep Seat, which gives noticeably more room.
We also hear that the backs, back foam, and zippers haven’t held up the way you expected. Because our furniture is modular, individual parts like covers, cushions, and frame pieces can each be replaced on their own, so you can refresh your setup over time without replacing the whole piece.

Quality furniture that I can custom fit to my room.
With the help of ChatGPT we both searched far and wide for a quality furniture store that sells a sectional sofa that would fit my small living room. Finally we found Home Reserve, the only quality store that allowed me to custom fit a sectional to my living room's dimensions. And the quality of both the fabric and the construction is top notch. I love my new L-shaped sectional sofa from Home Reserve.

Amazing, i even like sleeping on it better then my bed. One hiccup was missing screws but it was resolved quickly. It nice not hearing squeaks of springs

We love it. It wasn’t too challenging to put together. It was kind of fun, actually. It’s sturdy enough for our 3 children to jump and play on. The storage is great for reducing clutter around the house. The only thing I would change is the height of the arm rests, I think.

Love my new couch so much! The directions weren't exactly clear because they were labeled a little weird and it was A LOT of setup to do by myself. Even with all the work I would 100% buy it again, it is so comfortable and exactly everything I dreamed of. I love that I was able to design and pick everything about it and for a reasonable price considering it's all washable and you can order replacements for any part you need! Overall it's great and it doesn't hurt that it's made in the US.

Very comfortable sofa
Very comfortable sofa, great support. I initially had a fabric issue and an issue with one of the wood pieces. Customer service was outstanding (Courtney) at addressing and quickly shipping replacements. Would highly recommend. I've already ordered an additional piece.

Love this company. I bought me first sofa from them about 20 years ago and I have been a believer ever since. I have dogs cats and kids. I wouldn’t buy anything else. The sofa is not the most comfortable. The seats are not very deep. It’s difficult to lay down on because of that, Also when the company first started the fabrics to choose from was fantastic. Now there are not as many. However, I will definitely remain a loyal customer

I needed a replacement cushion insert…
I needed a replacement cushion insert for the sectional sofa I bought in 2019, so I reached out to Customer Service. They were warm, friendly and courteous. I received the insert in a timely manner and now my sectional is back to "perfect" again! I look forward to many more years of enjoyment. I've never regretted having made the Home Reserve decision and appreciate the thought and care they put into their designs and materials, and the way they look out for their customers even years after the "big purchase".
