We recently had a very large delivery an hour and half outside of Phx. Sergio and Jesus were on time, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Our furniture was delivered and put together perfectly and quickly. Thank you to both of you! Also a shout out to our Salesperson who was patient with our family as we shopped the whole store for 2 hours, I cannot remember her name but our customer number is C-009480222-she deserves all the credit! Initially, we intended to visit the store to explore its offerings until we encountered Davon in Mission Valley. He proved to be incredibly helpful, diligently answering all our inquiries. His exceptional friendliness and humor played a pivotal role in our decision to purchase the furniture we fell in love with. If we ever decide to expand our furniture collection, we would undoubtedly return solely because of the exceptional experience Davon provided us.

Our shopping experience was incredible! Can’t wait to receive our new mattress!

We had a great experience at the Living Spaces location on 1519 Hawthorne Blvd. Phil and Mateo were incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative throughout our mattress purchase. They took the time to answer our questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this truly makes a difference—Living Spaces should definitely reward them with a raise or bonus! Highly recommend this location and these two associates.

I bought a sofa with a warranty. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY!. 5 rescheduled appointments and it taking me months to clean the stain. Still hasnt been cleaned!. Save your money and skip the warranty.

This company gets no stars, Customer service is appalling . I wonder mostly why a bank would partner with a company that consistently gets such negative reviews and reports of poor quality products, poor warranty of products. Imperfect customer experiences can persist if operational controls are weak or incentives are misaligned. Perhaps it would behove someone in marketing to enlighten Mr. Synchrony Bank.

Would rate below 1 star if possible. We went to Living Spaces for the purchase for a recliner couch. The price was reasonable, until it only lasted two weeks.......
Long story short....the left hand recliner did not work. They sent the wrong replacement piece and told us that we had dispose of the defective piece at our cost. Then they sent the wrong piece and tried to tell us it was our fault, even though it was their warranty people ordering the wrong piece (which they didn't). The salesman sold us a bunch of lies about the extended warranty. Living Spaces sent me a copy of what we agreed to which was different that what we were given at time of purchase. Big Mistake because now I have both what they provide to customer and what they have say they gave to customers. BEWARE DO NOT BUY. We are now have other recliner problems with the couch. That is a whole lot of money for a trash couch!!! We are not rich, so this is a major purchase for us and now we are left with junk.

Living Spaces - Lone Tree, CO.

Had a good in store experience and ended up purchasing a bedroom set, mattress and adjustable frame. On the day of delivery, I had to call them only to find out our order had not been loaded on the truck. I had all the old furniture removed in the a.m. to be ready for the p.m. delivery.

Customer service over the phone was little to no help. I went down to the store and spoke with customer service explaining that I'd taken a day off work for the delivery and was out at least $300 income not to mention that I will need to take an additional day off once the proctologist examines their logistics manager in search of his/her head.

The customer service person was very apologetic and, unfortunately, had to deal with my unhappy mood. Her supervisor was sitting close by but didn't have to sense to step up.

They initially offered me a 10% refund. Not good enough. Even the 20% they offered after my personal visit seems like a weak concession.

Had to buy a queen sized air bed to hold us over until they figure out what's going on. BTW, call back is 24 - 36 hours.

Do yourself a favor and go to American Furniture Warehouse.

The website keeps coming up and I cannot get rid of it.

Bought a recliner and it was horrible and uncomfortable. Wasted $500 on this thing. Contacted living spaces and the just dismissed me and told me I can’t return it and there is nothing they can do and then go on to say how can I help you? You CAN’T! Very contingent customer service rep and other customer service rep said that they’re gonna share this feedback with management. I know how it works. I work customer service you don’t share anything. I will continue to leave negative comments about your customer service on every social media that there is.

I will never buy from Living Spaces again. The quality of these pieces are so cheap it's ridiculous. I haven't even had this couch for more than 2 years and this stupid piece already broke off. You can see how cheap this is made by having this as a support holding up a persons weight. I only weigh 180 pounds and this piece of crap already broke. And guess what they won't return it! I went to More furniture down the road and they have way better quality. Don't waste your money here because you'll have to buy another couch a year or 2 later. Complete waste of money and I'm very disappointed. Terrible

Company has NO INTEGRITY
This company does not care at all about their customers or about honest representations of their products. I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

The store is well lit and welcoming to see the great variety of all the items there. Sales person Shane was very helpful that led me to purchase a recliner I shopped for. I received good explanation of the product, warranty, delivery, I was pleased with the variety of products and models available. Delivery planning fit my calendar. Overall very satisfied.

Lot of collection. Happy with the purchase and representative helped lot.

I purchased the Playa 60” rectangular charcoal gray concrete outdoor firepit in May 2025. We used it 3 or 4 times that summer and by October the paint on the top had large cracks like a spider web across the whole surface. We moved the firepit into the garage for the winter. (The manual says this “Outdoor” firepit should not be in direct sunlight or left in the cold and if it gets wet it should be dried off immediately. How is this an “OUTDOOR” firepit?) When I went to get the firepit out in March 2026 the whole top surface paint was flaking off. I checked my warranty and it said it was covered for 1 year. I submitted a claim through Living Spaces, and they responded back that this was not a covered item because this was considered normal wear and tear. So, I paid $800 for a heavy outdoor firepit that is allergic to the sun, and I apparently need to bring in the house and tuck it into a warm comfy bed every night if I expect it to last a whole year. Stay away from this product and probably anything at Living Spaces as they do not stand behind their products.

I love the fact that they do not do high pressure sales tactics like many other stores. They offer help but then leave you alone if you don’t need help. They are very helpful and kind still and it’s the first place we go when needing furniture. Love the furniture as well. It’s super high quality and stylish!

I don’t have high expectations for furniture store but everything should have reasonable limits. If I got brand new furniture set for my son I expect at least no structural damages and scratches, and resolution of problems fast not in three weeks exchange. I will never buy again in living spaces, problems with quality is the main red flag to me. It looks like they just brought me used set from showroom, otherwise I don’t see any explanation

Buyer Beware – Living Spaces “Care Free” Protection Plan

I purchased Broadway dining chairs from Living Spaces under Order SO-012413720 along with their 5-Year Care Free Protection Plan, expecting reasonable coverage if something went wrong.

Under normal residential use, eight chairs from the same purchase failed at the exact same structural point — the caster mounting assembly at the base of the chair legs. The chairs became unstable and unusable.

I filed a claim with the warranty administrator (Uniters North America) under Claim C3251449.

A technician eventually inspected the chairs and confirmed repeated structural failures affecting multiple chairs.

After the inspection there was no repair, no replacement, and no resolution plan.

The claim was ultimately denied.

The explanation given was that the damage was both “accidental breakage” and “accumulation of damages.” Those explanations do not match the actual condition of the chairs.

The protection plan specifically lists structural failure of components such as furniture legs as covered.

Because the claim remains unresolved, I have now:

• Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
• Submitted the claim to the insurer backing the protection plan
• Documented the claim history (Claim C3251449)

If the issue cannot be resolved through these channels, the protection plan agreement provides for arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.

Living Spaces corporate customer care is welcome to contact me if they wish to review the situation and resolve it directly.

Bottom line: eight identical chairs failed at the same structural point and the protection plan has not produced a resolution.

If you are considering purchasing the Living Spaces Care Free Protection Plan, read the fine print carefully before assuming structural failures will be handled.

This review reflects my personal experience with this purchase and claim process.
