Our couch is wonderful. Sturdy yet cozy. We had a bit of a hiccup with delivery. Two people definitely required for assembly. Would recommend white glove delivery and set up if that’s an option.

I needed a replacement cushion insert…
I needed a replacement cushion insert for the sectional sofa I bought in 2019, so I reached out to Customer Service. They were warm, friendly and courteous. I received the insert in a timely manner and now my sectional is back to "perfect" again! I look forward to many more years of enjoyment. I've never regretted having made the Home Reserve decision and appreciate the thought and care they put into their designs and materials, and the way they look out for their customers even years after the "big purchase".

This is a very functional piece of furniture.
One of the pieces to our sofa was cut incorrectly. So, a new piece was sent without charge. However our couch was not complete for a week.

They standby their warranty!
My son broke our sofa and Home reserve sent us a part for free within a week. This was the third time they’ve done this and we will buy our next sofa and furniture from Home. Reserve because they standby their warranty.

First of all we do love our couch!
The customer service has been exceptional definitely a 5 star service there.
I want to give an honest review here about the product it self.
Overall the couch is great, the feel is nice, it’s pretty firm which is not negative to us I actually enjoy that part a lot!
I think for pricing sakes I was anticipating receiving the couch already put together just needing to connect them. So that was a bit of bummer for me
But at least the design concept of being modular and well instructed was awesome and super easy to put together.
I think with the cost of the couch I was definitely not expecting the OSB to be sanded only on one side which led to a hugeeee mess during assembly and even after the fact if you try to open to storage it gets all over the fabrics.
Again, overall we are very happy with the couch, I think to justify pricing at this point would be to have individual sections already assembled, fully sanded osb/wood products then shipped for us to click together in some fashion.

If you like FOAM seat cushions.....
It's been a year and the seat cushions are as stiff as they were when they arrived. Because the are FOAM....very cheap decision. Yes the seat covers come off and can be washed but its not easy getting them back on. I'm trying to sell this couch asap for a more cozier, comfortable option.

Terrible Customer Service
I actually love the couch itself. It’s comfortable, customizable, and I was able to configure it to fit our living room and family perfectly. Assembly was a bit of a pain, and some of the plywood edges were rough enough to cause splinters, but overall the couch itself is great.
Unfortunately, the experience with the covers has been extremely frustrating. I originally purchased one section to make sure the couch would work for us before investing more money. When I later ordered the rest, the original color appeared to be unavailable, so I chose what I thought was the closest option. It turned out to be a completely different color.
I contacted Home Reserve to exchange the covers for the color I originally wanted. Some of the covers were still completely unopened, untouched, and in their original packaging. I wasn't even asking for a refund on the one package I had opened—I was simply asking to return the unused ones. They refused, saying that because the covers had been in my home, they could potentially contain allergens.
Because I had family coming into town for my dad's funeral and needed the couch put together, I went ahead and purchased another complete set of covers in a color I knew would work, assuming I would at least be able to return the unopened set. Instead, Home Reserve refused to take back any of them, leaving me out more than $1,000 in covers that were never even opened.
The most frustrating part was the customer-service response. I was literally suggested that I stuff the unwanted covers with old T-shirts and turn them into a dog bed. That was presented as the solution to being stuck with over $1,000 worth of unusable covers.
I genuinely like the couch, but I think Home Reserve needs to be much more transparent about its return policy, particularly for unopened covers. I also found the customer-service response incredibly disappointing and lacking in empathy. For a company selling a highly customizable product, refusing to work with a customer on completely unopened, unused components is a pretty significant downside.

We understand this came at a difficult time for your family. As outlined in our return policy, fabric covers can't be returned or exchanged, since we aren't able to reuse fabrics once they leave our factory. Our support team is always happy to look up fabrics from previous orders to help find the right match.
Our frames are made with OSB, which allows each piece to be modular and replaceable, and it can naturally shed small wood particles along the edges.
We hope your couch continues to be a comfortable place for your family to gather.
Horrible quality …
We have had the couch for nearly 5 years and the plywood it is made out of is literally disintegrating. It has a 10 year warranty. It would be more trouble than it is worth to try and replace the breaking pieces. Think about that. Rather than get essentially a brand new couch, I am going to cut ties with this company. That's how bad the quality of this product is. I don't ever want anything to do with Home Reserve again.

Awesome experience with Home Reserve
I forget who i dealt with cause i am getting this review 2 yrs after i purchased the couch love seat with a chair and a separate chair i got 3 pieces in total.oh her name was Barbie. Original order was 7/24...i even sent her pictures .delivery went smoothly came on the date promised..answered all my questions..putting the furniture together went smoothly..i do recall one pillow cover was incorrect but i called customer service and the issue was solved immediately….the furniture is sturdy and comfortable and love having the extra storage under each seat…..Barbie was absolutely great to work with ….i ordered the deep seat love seat and arm chair and a single seat…

Every step was a breeze
Every step was a breeze! Everything from purchasing to delivery to assembly was so easy. The site was very user friendly, all of the boxes it came in were easy to transfer downstairs into our basement, assembly instructions were easy to understand. It was a little tedious but I was able to put together a large sectional by myself. It's survived my 2 very rambunctious boys and their friends for a couple of years now. Highly recommend!

I love my apartment sized sectional
I love my apartment sized sectional! Not only do I get extra floor space, I have a ton of extra storage which is so needed in an apartment with very limited storage. I’m now going on 10 years with my sectional and customer service has been really exceptional at helping me keep the section seats functional with parts when they crack. A newer sectional design has prevented this now.

Purrfect Fabrics and Beautiful Colors! 🐈💕
The fabric samples arrived quickly, and I was really pleased with the colors. Seeing them in person actually has me considering some colors I hadn't originally thought about. The fabric also seems like it will be purrfect for a home with my three cats!
I'm leaning toward purchasing one section first so I can see how it looks and performs in my home before deciding on a larger configuration.

Great product
Very quick delivery, great fabric selection, very comfortable. My only issue was the time involved in putting it together. The instructions were very clear and detailed and the parts were packaged in a way that made it very straightforward. Just more time consuming than I wanted. But the quality was great.
