Homelister was great. Everyone at Homelister that I had contact with very helpful throughout the whole process.
With the market being as crazy as it is , we had a contract quickly.
I think it’s a really well run company and it makes it easy to sell on your own and pay 1/2 of the normal commission cost by only paying the buyers agent.
Photographer did a really nice job with the pictures as well. I would confidently recommend Homelister if you have the time to manage setting up your own showings and answering text messages or phone calls from buyers agents.

Excellent service!!! Why paid a realtor thousands of dollars for something you can do on your own? We listed a lot of pics and description of our property and had an open house listed on website also. We received 4 offers the first day of open house (during Covid). Two offers were well over asking and we’re both cash offers!!!!!

The people I have dealt with have been very helpful and courteous.The only thing I wish would have been emphasized was the significance of using a higher commission percentage from the beginning. Having received over 1000 hits , but only 12 saved was just addressed yesterday because of my call to you. understanding the law of averages is what triggered my call which was amended the same day.Being an elder I'm still somewhat gun-shy and uncertain about the use of selling my property using the technology, but all of the staff have been patient and helpful, thanks.

They are accessible through phone and chat for questions, were completely responsive to my inquiries, and followed through to the completion of my home sale. They're great. No reservations!
