I can't say enough about this company and the people that work there. I picked the $600 package and the support, backup and expertise I got was amazing. I can't imagine what you would get if you went with one of the higher levels. The fact that they don't require payment until closing says it all.(except for contract work). They saved me $15,000+ in commission and my house sold in less than 24hrs

We highly recommend selling your home with HomeLister. It was fast, safe, professional and saved us thousands. Right from the first phone call to inquiring about their service we were met with prompt, courteous, informative answers, as we were throughout the whole process, never put on hold or left hanging.
They do everything the high commission realtors do at a small fraction of the cost. We sold the first weekend, were listed on MLS sites, with professional photography, fliers, and for sale sign. We had our own negotiators that examined offers, buyers and advised on which ones were best, than they contacted agents with questions, information, and contracts. Because of covid we opted out of having an open house, although that is also an option they offer, also didn't want uninterested people coming in.
Everything you want and need is included depending on which of 3 plans you choose, we went with the middle one. Sold for top dollar even more with so little seller realtor fee and everything went so smoothly. We are now in and enjoying our new home.
You will not regret using this service, especially saving thousands, and having them on your side

This service is amazing, it does require work and basic knowledge of realstate because homelister doesn't do everything for you, but they do their best to walk you through the process.
They offer additional service for additional fees, like for example to help with the closing process. Even if you pay for all their most premium packages it still way more affordable that paying for a realtor.
I use them to sell my home 2 years ago, and I am planning to use them again this year to sell my next home.

Home lister is a much better alternative than paying 3% to list with a full service real estate agent. In Today’s world over 80% of all buyers find their homes on the internet. Home lister is a great way to save a lot of money and get your property up on MLS and the internet.

Great way to sell your house on your own and still have it up on the MLS. It seems like most buyers find places they want to see on Zillow anyway so as soon as it was up, I got tons of requests for showings. We accepted an offer a week after it was first listed.
