I am so glad that I found a HomeLister flyer in my mailbox and I tried it. It is a really nice experience working with HomeLister. Everybody working there is super helpful and professional, the procedure is simple and effective. I followed the instruction and did the open house by myself and I got 2 offers and now the sale is closed. This is the way homes should be sold. The support of professional real estate brokers and agents at a very reasonable price. The responsiveness of the agents was very good. There was maybe 1 or 2 times over the course of several months where an email/phone call slipped through the cracks. That was during a hectic time when houses well selling and closing like hot cakes. Overall I would recommend this service to any seller.

Excellent way to sell a home. We sold our home faster by listing through HomeLister. Previously we had listed through a realtor. I liked the way I could customize the ad, which shows up on MLS. Homelister is the future of Real Estate! We were able to sell our home in a smaller city which is difficult considering the big real estate companies fight tooth and nail to keep companies like Homelister out. Let's face it, the listing agent plops their sign in your front yard, gets free advertisement and 3% of your home sale. Regardless, you need to keep your home clean and ready to show. Homelister does the same thing at a fraction of the price. Getting on the MLS is the single most important thing. Professional photographs of your home are crucial. Don't think you can take pictures with your iPhone and achieve the same results. Although we didn't choose the full package, I would recommend taking that route unless you are savvy with real estate contracts and laws.
Homelister Chat was phenomenal, we drove them crazy and they were incredibly patient. Claudia in the escrow dept is a ROCK STAR! I did learn quite a bit about contracts and selling a home. Thank you Homelister, I'm hoping this is our last home sale, but if it isn't, we're with you!

HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!
