I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.)
As a seller you just need to be attentive to the guidelines provided by Homelister, and be capable of showing your property professionally. The savings were definitely worth the effort. I recommend Homelister to anyone who is willing and able to represent their property in exchange for serious $ savings.

Once I started to think that I need to move out of town in order to find the better place for living. I loved the place where I lived but there were no perspectives for me, thus I made such a decision. The main thing which retained me in my hometown was my apartments. I started to search for some real estate agencies which could help me to sell my apartments in order to let me move out. I applied to this agency and remained grateful for agents from this company. They made everything quickly within couple of days and I was able to move out shortly after my apartment was sold.

The majority of realtors over exaggerate their work to justify their commission, and they tell you they deserve their hefty commission check at closing, but believe me they are way overpaid for the little work they do.

I only paid $1700, that included listing on MLS (Redfin, Zillow, etc) property sign, professional photography, and I had full support of Homelister agent throughout the negotiation, and inspection list and all the other items for closing.

Sold my house in 2 days. The team that I had was phenomenal. I saved over $18,000 by doing it myself.

For what I wanted, which was exposure on the MLS, this service worked wonderfully. No sooner had Homelister activated the service than I started getting calls. If I had it to do over again I would use them again but opt for the additional service of them handling the paperwork. Because I did it myself I did miss out on a better deal.

I was referred to Homelister by my daughter. Their website was easy to use, their photographer took amazing pictures.

I placed a lockbox on my front door with the keys. I only had to accept or reject requests for showings on my cell phone.

I didn’t even have to do any open houses.

I am only paying a flat fee $1600. I received an offer in 10 days and I am able to save $15K worth of commission if I had an agent!!! You simply can’t beat that!

Great listing service .... super friendly, helpful and made my self-listing, sales experience a real pleasure! Doubt I will ever use any other option in the future for selling my property!

Using HomeLister is certainly the right choice for those that don’t need a lot of support. You show your own house, field calls, set up appointments, etc. I’ve used HomeLister twice, and the first time was 4.5 stars, but this was 3.0 stars. Why the difference? This time they failed to respond when I asked for a respond on the good faith estimate, and the pictures were not good. We actually had to hire a second photographer. But this is certainly the future for selling your home, especially if you are looking at $500,000 and up.

It was a pleasure working with the Homelister team. They were extremely responsive to any of my questions or concerns. The professional photographer did an incredible job of photographing our home and the materials that Homelister sent (flyer/open house signs etc) were all professionally done. I have recommended them to my friends and would use them again in an instant. Thank you, Homelister!!!

This was the easiest, most pleasant home selling experience ever( and I have sold 4 homes)! It saved me tons of money by not having to pay a seller's agent. Took me a couple hours (tops) to measure rooms, upload pics & finish the details. Why pay a realtor 3-4% of your home's sale price for 2 hours of work? Homelister is a no-brainer to use & worth every penny of their low, low fee! What are you waiting for?
