We initially had a bad experience with one of the solicitors handling our case, with lack of clear and prompt communication. This resulted in our case being delayed quite significantly. After a while, we got assigned a different solicitor (Ahsan Khan) who handled our case extremely well and we eventually managed to complete our purchase. Overall, I am satisfied with Ahsan Khan's work, but encourage future clients to ensure that your designated solicitors are communicating effectively from the get go.

Tilly & Sara were very helpful throughout my house purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solicitor who is going through a house purchase.

Holden Smith provided conveyancing for the purchase of my first property. The process was all brand new to me but my solicitor, Hannah, was patient and had great people skills. Some things were last minute our end and we had unforeseen challenges with the property I was buying but Hannah very much rolled with the punches and reached out to me if there was anything I needed to action my end.

Very impressive service, a very useful app and was looked after by James and Alta Girardi extremely well. Highly recommend.

It has been 3 weeks since we completed and moved in. After the whole ordeal of buying our first home which was stressful, I only remained with a positive review of Holden Smith and Lauren. She was patient and really thorough. It was such a rollercoaster period as we had a purchase fall through 4 months in.
