I called Kia to arrange a service for my car. A gentleman called Matt dealt with my call. He was both professional and accommodating of my complex needs for the service. Being new to the area I didn’t know if there was easy access to the city whilst my car was serviced. Matt provided service metaphorically speaking ‘Service with a smile’, which goes a long way for me.

Ron Eskdale was able to get my particulars on screen nice and quickly and found me a spot in the timeframe that I preferred; he also left a couple of notes for what I would like to do when I get there.

Booking our Volvo in for its first service today was a very easy process and was made even easier with the help of Lisa Henry Customer Care hub advisor. Who answered all our questions in great detail.

A telephone call to Holden Norwich to arrange a three year service and MoT was dealt with efficiently & in a friendly manner by Ron Eskdale. He quickly confirmed that this was covered by the service package I had purchased previously so the costs were covered. He mentioned additional options that were available at the three year point but there was no hard sell for these. A date was arranged and this was then quickly confirmed by both email & text.

Samantha Fuller was most efficient and helpful and pleasant.
