Holburn Online Anmeldelser

Absolutely impeccable service 🤩👍 from Holborn Online.
Following online chat to discuss my enquiry, I was met with prompt, great service and a link to place my order. Excellent communication via email and goods despatched same day. Sadly the Royal Mail delivery arrived the next day with an empty Jiffy bag!!! I contacted Holborn immediately and Jesse provided faultless customer service and replacement order received by the next day. Can’t recommend the company and particularly Jesse highly enough. Thank you

Great guy, very helpful, very professional, helped me out in a very short time, brilliant!! Will definitely recommend. Think his name was Jesse

Quick delivery and well packaged. Discounted price too. Worth the purchase.

Very helpful service and very quick delivery. As ordered twice for same item they phoned to check not mistake great customer service

What can I say about Glasgow Audio that hasn't been said before. I was having problems with a B&W 804 D3 speaker
I passed the problem onto Jesse. As usual he dealt with this in his customery, helpful
and knowledgeable manner. He tested, located and repaired the fault and kept me informed at all stages of the repair.
I've always valued the service and advice I've received over the years from Glagow Audio and have no hesitation in recommending them when auditioning or purchasing your equipment. First class service.

Second order, slight delay as not all items in stock , quick phone call to ask what the issue was , resolved very quickly.
No complaints.

Really Helpful and friendly, great for advice

The amplifier I ordered, a Pro-ject Maia S3, was an ex-dem model, which amounted to a decent discount on an as-new item in perfect condition. I received immediate notification that the order had been received, then very shortly afterwards received a friendly message to say it was on its way. It was sent by DHL and arrived the next day, so no complaints at all about the service from Holburn. It's a great little amp, too!

Excellent service, the new cable transforms the system!

Great product and really quick delivery,
Everything was packed well,
Would definitely use these guys again!
Buy with confidence

Holburn Audio Glasgow Jesse Anna.

Being going to glasgow audio for about 16year now. Have always been
Given great advice with system matching, and product information. Staff have always been very helpful. a special thanks to jese for his time and help earlier today.

Quality Atlas product. Quick service. No fuss.

We went to Glasgow Audio for a demo of Dali speakers. Anna arranged an appointment and was very helpful in taking time to let us hear 2 sets of speakers, playing a wide variety of music which I brought with me. They have 2 good rooms for demo’ing and had one set up with the speakers and an amplifier I was interested in. I would recommend them. They answered lots of questions and found out the answer quickly if they did not know. If you are looking at hifi, worth speaking to Glasgow Audio.

Customer experience was great.

Forts rate quality equipment at very tempting prices
