Like the previous times the service and knowledge of the staff has been first class and professional They take the time to ensure that your purchase is right and correct for your requirements. Follow up telephone calls were also dealt with in a professional way. First class service all round and definitely recommend them.

Staff are always helpful and provide useful information and advice. They know their products and will patiently guide you through all the various options to ensure you make the right purchase.

No real care in packing
No real care in packing, belt was shrink wrapped bent over the edge of the box and generally it turned up all looking pretty 2nd hand for new hifi upgrade parts costing as much as some spend on a whole product.

Brilliant experience choosing my hifi upgrade. Jesse offered great options and fantastic demos, and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service is far better than other Glasgow hifi shops. Highly recommended, and I'll be back!

40 PSU / XR compatibly ENQ and Demo
Dropped into the store to enquire about a Cyrus 40 PSU and the compatibility with our XR units after so much conflicting information online. Anna and Jesse were more than helpful. They quickly got us the information we required and arranged to hook up their display unit to our Pre XR and Cdi XR to test. Can't thank them enough for their time and patience. We would definitely recommend them and look forward to connecting up the 40 PSU. 😊👍

Fantastic buying experience…
Five-star experience from start to finish. In particular, a huge thank you to Anna, who was absolutely brilliant throughout.
From our first contact, Anna was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. She took the time to properly understand what we were looking for, the room we were setting the system up in, the type of music we listen to and, importantly, our budget. Rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive option, she worked with us to put together a system that genuinely suited what we wanted.
Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She was happy to answer all our questions, talk through different options and make adjustments until we were happy.
We ended up with a Rega Planar 3 RS, Rega Brio and DALI Sonik 3 speakers, and we're absolutely delighted with the system.
A genuinely excellent customer experience and a real credit to Audio Glasgow. Highly recommended.

Cost effective upgrade
I had a reasonably high-end Cyrus/Quad/KEF system showing its age. The team at Holburn HiFi advised the best annd most cost effective upgrade path. I purchased a pair of Fyne-Audio 502 SP speakers, a Hegel H150 integrated amplifier and recommissioned my 50 year old Thorens TD160 turntable. The sound produced is sublime and MY WIFE AGREES!!
