Service was great. The Binoculars I purchased online arrived promptly and well packaged. I phoned the store for advice before making a decision on which to buy. They were very helpful. I haven’t used the binoculars yet as they were a gift.

Delivered on time without any delay. Good service all round.

Called for some advice before buying and very impressed by the easy honesty chat. No pressure, no urgency to get off the phone. Just gutted they are literally 359 miles away from me, so not exact my local.

They had exactly what I wanted, but I found the building to be soulless and clinical which detracted from the "experience" - isn't that we are told we are now supposed to have? I would much prefer an old barn or similar to some antiseptically clean and unfeeling office.

I wanted to bag the very best top end scope kit for birding - after a lifetime in the field with very good optics. Russell was thorough and patient - showing me all options and combinations. His knowledge is phenomenal and he showed genuine care to make sure I got what I felt most comfortable with. Such is his expertise, I knew I could trust his advice.

Bought a new Kowa telescope, fantastic knowledge and advice from Russell helped confirm this was the right scope to purchase. The Prominar TSN-66a has the right balance of weight, light gathering capability and cost for what I need.
