The product is really good, but timing and waiting is too long, and i wasnt happy for deloayed and after 4 month 2 times they change the delivery day. but material, quality are perfect.

Great table...soft wood
It took a while to receive our table, but it is just what it was pictured to be on the website.
I don't know if I just didn't realize how soft the wood is, but we already have a couple of scratches in it that is pretty disappointing.

I'm very delighted with the table and…
I'm very delighted with the table and chairs that I purchased. However, it was well over one week after the online purchase before I received an acknowledgment email of the receipt of my purchase order. I was unsure if the request had actually gone through. Your staff were very helpful and assured me that they did receive it and that they were busy with many orders. The shipping was very timely and the delivery company that you use were very communicative and gave me lots of updates once my order was in transit. We received the well packaged order several days before our move date on July 24, 2025, so it couldn't have been better timed. We did have some trouble putting together one of the chairs but it went more smoothly after using a different tool. The table and chairs are sturdy and well made and we've had a lot of positive comments about them. Thank you so much!

People stay away from this company. I put an order in November 26 it was supposed to be ready in 4 weeks. We’re in the end of March now and they still have no clue when they have my items ready to be shipped. Poor customer service. Fraud company

While the order unfortunately experienced a delay beyond that timeframe, we communicated this to you proactively and offered the option to cancel at any point before the order shipped. You chose to proceed, and we respected that decision while continuing to provide updates.

In summary
In summary, bought a furniture piece in 2022. Took 6+ months to get it. Came badly damaged. Also re-labeled after a Malaysian brand. After multiple months of email exchange, got a replacement after a few months. The piece looks fine but is really poorly made. The quality is inferior to your common budget local store. They do not post bad reviews on their website which shows what type of ''ethical'' company they are. Avoid at all cost.
