The product is really good, but timing and waiting is too long, and i wasnt happy for deloayed and after 4 month 2 times they change the delivery day. but material, quality are perfect.

Might receive previously returned items
Ordered 2 identical swivel barstool chairs from them (Zaki).
One of them was obviously assembled previously, and then returned. Paint was chipped around every screw hole.
Both chairs had other defects, and generally mediocre quality. Such as screws not sitting flush and looking uneven (even after multiple attempts), minor damage and chips in the wood, rough bearing on the swivels, misaligned lumpy foam padding, etc. This is pretty unacceptable for 250$ per chair.
In a space so saturated with competition, these prices for this mediocre quality is just not good enough.
Go shop at some of the other dropshipping site and save some money. At least there you know you're getting mid-quality stuff at best.

Love the chairs but did not love the…
Love the chairs but did not love the assembly, especially the fact that there were no pre-drilled holes or marks to screw the seats onto the frame. They still seem wobbly even after tightening. Other than that looks great in our space and just ordered a table to go with the chairs!

Beautiful chairs and table
We are very happy with our Werner table and oak chairs. We ordered before Christmas and hoped the table and 4 chairs would arrive for Christmas, estimated delivery was Dec 19/25, they actually arrived Dec 31. However, the lower mainland had had terrible weather and some highway closures during that time.
The furniture arrived in excellent condition, the boxes were pristine, the delivery communication was excellent.
We liked the 4 chairs so much we decided to order 2 more chairs after the new year, and these chairs arrived in excellent condition and within a week of ordering.

No communication on when I can receive my furniture
I liked the ordering process but then received no further communication from the company except to say that they will notify me when the shipment is on its way. It has been more than 16 days since I ordered, and there has been no dates given and I have no idea when I will be getting my furniture. Even giving me a tentative date would be better than being left totally in the dark.

Unable to track delivery and confusing customer support
I ordered a table through Hoft and received an email confirming the order. A few days later I got notification that it was delivered, but then when I clicked into the item it said it was still ‘being prepared’ for delivery. I emailed Hoft to ask if I could cancel the order, since I needed one within a few weeks before the holidays, and it didn’t seem like it would arrive anytime soon, but none of my emails were answered (still haven’t been) and when I went to call, the number listed on their site takes you to a scam inbox trying to sell you life alert. I eventually found the right phone number for customer support in an automated email to one of mine, and the person on the other side was friendly and able to provide actual updates to my order, but for the amount I’m spending on the furniture (which still hasn’t arrived) it’s been a nerve racking experience. Next time I would go with a known retailer instead.

I ordered the Werner extendable table (oak) and 4 Zaki chairs. I loved them so much that I ordered two more on Black Friday. The table look very nice and the extension on the table works really well. It was very well packed and easy to put together. I love the Scandinavian style in my place now.

Be prepared for a long wait before delivery. Other than the 2months wait, all was well. Free Shipping was nice. Assembly of the chairs was rather tedious, but I like the table and chairs.

Long shipping but Pretty straightforward assembly
Pretty straightforward assembly. Took about 6 weeks for my dining table + chairs to arrive. I noticed some small dinks but overall, I'm very satisfied with the product.

Hoft table and chairs
I love the table…the notifications were good but could be improved. However the wrong chairs were delivered…so a setback. Hope it won’t take long to get my chairs. I was happy I took the white glove delivery service. The 2 workers were curtious and respectful.I wouldn’t of been able to do it on my own.

they send nothing but emails asking for a rating or trying to sell something and i haven't received the product. they haven't even comfirmed delivery.
