Great quality and design, reasonable prices, great applicability

The delivery and ease of using the website was great, added bonus to get a discount at the checkout for some of the mini anchors was definitely a good sweetener.

The anchors work great and were simple to install obviously they haven’t been tested against scum bags and I hope it never will but at least they add to the security.

The wheels mounts are good but I do find with the large volume MTB tyres we have if the bikes are knocked at all they pull out a bit to easily, so thinking we might need to get something to tie them into the mounts as well which is another cost but the bikes are my pride and joy so they’re worth it.

Seems a good solution with the D1000 for extra security.

It's easy to carry the hiplok. After a few experimentations with tightness, I've found that the lock becomes quite light around my hips. It makes it much faster to get on and off my bike. This has made my daily commute much more convenient.

It doesn't look like anyone has tried to steal my bike since I started using it, so it seems to be an effect theft deterrent for where I live.

I'm skeptical about the durability of the plastic clip. I imagine the plastic will become brittle in 15-20 years, since that's been my experience with other objects made of similar material. I know I have a high standard for durability, so it doesn't effect the good review I'm leaving. However, I figure I'll mention it because it contributed to my hesitation to purchase the hiplok.

Great locks. Arrived within one week.

I bought this lock after having my previous bicycle stolen the first time I parked it at my university, although safely locked with two locks to a sturdy structure in a crowded area. For necessity I've had to park my new bike to the same spot, of course not without any fear, but with the D1000 I haven't had any problem so far, and it has been more than a month. I think there's nothing safer than locking your bike with this in a busy area.

The Lock bag was exactly as described and after cable tying it to my bike it is absolutely solidly attached. My lock is a bit big for the bag but a velcro strap solved that!

I use the combo lock for my bike at work. I definitely enjoy not having to use a key it’s light and it does the job for what I need. I do wish where the strap goes through was made of metal, not plastic, and there was at least two more links of length that would make it awesome.

Seemingly good product, well made, easy to install. Time will tell if anything gets stolen, but based on initial impressions - would recommend.

Probably the best lock on the market!!! Had it around my basement door, which of course they tried to come in with a power cutter. Couldn’t cut in my hiplok but unfortunately came through by cutting the hinges.
maybe start making hinges as well? 😅

The D1000 lock is good, however it's too small and only barely fits around my electric scooter (Ninebot max g2) and the bike loops. It would be better if the lock was a couple of centimeters longer

I bought a second Airlok as the first one worked so well and managed to keep a bike safe (despite some clear attempts to steal it using a baluster from our staircase as a lever!). Pleased with the product and the support service was really helpful: I was missing a washer and they promptly sent me another one.

Bought two Hiplok JAW's, one for the road bike and one for the MTB. Really simple and secure fitting and usage, giving loads more space in the shed! Intending to buy more for the other family bikes. Brilliant product!

Had a very positive experience after buying a Hiplok Switch lock, after an enquiry about whether additional brackets could be purchased, Hiplok provided me a direct way of buying a couple of mounting brackets to mount to my other bikes and easily move the lock between bikes for different rides and then worked to update their system to allow other buyers to purchase the additional brackets separately. I can't imagine how the support could possibly have been better so thanks to Hiplok and particularly Megan for helping me out so quickly and efficiently.
