Super fast shipping
Communication was plentiful, shipping was extremely fast.. (and trackable).. despite the weight and dimensions stated and given.. its still a chunky heavyweight that catches you by surprise. Can't actually rate the product.. to be truthful, don't want to be put in that position.. am hoping and trusting all " bench tests" on YouTube etc are accurate and potential thieves are discouraged

Good delivery from Hiplok and Installation
Good delivery from Hiplok, product was easy to install, I do feel Hiplok should supply wall plugs for the screws as the plugs need to be large to hold the 4" screws. Overall this is a good product and gives me confidence that my bikes are secure.

Lock it great
Lock it great, I trust it to keep my bike safe. It's very heavy. Chain is too short to use on my bike in the wild but works great at home securing multiple.

Product didn't ship
I placed the order in November, the confirmation email says "we'll notify you as soon as it ships”. I never got got my item nor the notification email about the shipping.
It's been so long that I almost forgot that I have purchased it. My order number #65397

Your order was shipped on November 14th and initially out for delivery on the 16th, though something must have happened in transit as the last scan was from the 17th and this states 'awaiting delivery'. This isn't typical so we'll be highlighting this issue with the courier. We will send you an email now with details on arranging a replacement.

Can't vouch for the efficacy of the lock as it has yet to be tested by a thief. I do enjoy the design as it feels very sturdy and looks great. Delivery was quick.
