Order came early than expected. After a few weeks of using, the lock and chain I purchased are working as expected. Overall, happy with the purchase so far.

Initially sent me the incorrect replacement product but corrected the error immediately after I had reported the problem. Excellent customer support.

While installing the Jaw wall mounts; the screws broke at the base of the head when they were only half way into 2x4. I had to use my own mounting hardware.

Whilst the D1000 looks to be high quality, the service overall has been somewhat lacking. Response time to my initial request for information, about the DX1000 that I had ordered, was slow until I chased. I am going away on a trip and wanted the lock before then. However, the original date for delivery slipped by a month so I had to buy the D1000 which feels a little small for a motorcycle wheel. So overall, I'm disappointed the DX1000 wasn't available for my trip, that my initial email was ignored, and the D1000 feels like a compromise size wise, for motorcycle locking.

This lock is kryptonite. The only lock I trust on my scooter. The quality is superior to anything else. The service of this company is also unsurpassed.

Thieves broke into my garage and tried but failed to steal my bike. A few days later, they came back again but STILL could not get it. I have the gold-standard Hiplock change and wall mount.

So worth the investment, and I'm so grateful for their amazing products.
