J'ai promu Hilti chez Articque à Fondettes parce que j'escomptais une excellence technique doublée d'une grande attention à la clientèle. J'ai une Hilti qui marche parfaitement mais qui possédait un système antivol (sans que je ne le sachae). Quand j'ai déménagé, la machine s'est arrêtée de fonctionner car le chargeur ne recharge plus et reste bloqué. J'ai appelé le SAV de Hilti (une dizaine de personnes au total et rien n'est possible. Le service commercial m'a juste conseillé de racheter un chargeur (au prix public sans aucun geste commercial !) C'est de l'abus commercial d'une marque qui a perdu le sens du client.

I bought a used Hilti DSH-700 concrete saw from Home Depot. They should have given it to me because it is such a piece of junk. The start/stop thumb switch breaks if you look at it cross-eyed. Hilti uses inferior plastic materials that break way too easily. The saw cannot start, or even stay running without having to using their flooded carburetor starting procedure. I am VERY disappointed in this product. My experience with this inferior Hilti product has made me never to trust or buy a Hilti product again.

Bought a PS-50 wall scanner £1000 but rang ahead to see if I can return it if it does not perform as should. It has been a nightmare not showing even studs in my house it probably works on rebar and cement but I needed it for live wires plastic pipes etc. Over the phone it was all ok and sure will take it back now they are saying that they will not. Never used Hilti before heared good things but if they think they can sell me something over post and not take it back when it is clearly not fit for purpose they have another thing coming. Long distance selling act and only go it last week also. complain number CCN 1165620

Purchased two hilti guns in the past 24 months. Useless piece of kit. They forever break down. Forever having to replace the pistons. Held to ransom on repairs!! Will not use again!!

I have a sf 6h-a22 and only had it for a bout 2years and a month. The tool quite working September 2020 sent it in and they fixed it. Used it for about 8 months done same thing called and they said it is a month out of warranty so you have to pay to have it fixed. I would never recommend any of there tools to anyone I know. I use this tool to drill 5/16 holes in block. They told me it was wore out. They are a joke.

Gave hilti 4 stars, staff member I was dealing with was amazing, helped out a lot. My problem started when I put a nail gun in for repair, I bought it used off eBay back in 2018, unknown to me at the time it was “stolen” so when it was sent to hilti 2 weeks ago for a repair it was flagged up as stolen years earlier. eBay & PayPal only keep records for 2 and 3 years so I’ve only got a PayPal ID number as proof of purchase. End of the day it had been stolen unknown to me and they have the right to keep it. I’m now down a few hundred £’s. New one from them costs £800+ and the fleet management side of things is a minefield & expensive (£285 up front then £33 a month for 3 years) for same nail gun. from what I’m reading so it’s back to my trusty paslode. Loved my hilti nail gun. Got a few hilti tools & never had any issues until now, one of them is over 30 years old & still going strong but to get repairs or parts is a nightmare.

I’d give negative stars but it wont let me. Multiple attempts to contact for service, never heard a word.
Finally threw expensive jack hammer in the trash, what a crappy company. Should have read all the other negative reviews before I bought one.

i called for a repair info on TE 3000 avr, repair price list says for "TE 3000 AVR" minimum repair charges $750 max $1000. you are responsible to pay shipping to repair shop. they diagnose the tool and will call for authorization if repair cost more than $1000 or they will charge your card. and i wonder $3500 tool what you going to repair and replace that cost over $1000, they are bullies.contractors buy Hilti just to show off. its like symbol of status, no one will repair this tool other than HILTI,you will stuck with hilti , dont buy, after using this tool TE 3000 avr for 200 hours Red service light will lit up and tool shuts off itself till you send it to hilti and they will charge you max $1000 good luck to you all ignorants.

ja die Akkus von Hilti sind super solange es keine 8Ah/22V sind, und man die mit der LED-Lampe betreiben den man bekommt die Akkus so gut von der Lampe das er ausgetauscht wurde und das Problem immer noch das gleiche ist, da ich natürlich nicht genug Umsatz mache besteht kein Interesse Problem zu lösen, wenn man sich beschert meldet sich einfach nicht mehr seitens Hilti das ist dann
Kunden Service und so geht es weiter….

Terrible!

Ordered a £5 part for a collated screw gun in the second week of December last year, and it still hasn’t turned up. Absolutely useless after sales and the tools are the most over rated, useless pieces of s*** going. Stick to dewalt or Makita. Don’t get sucked into the hype of these morons.

Hilti tools are good. Just never buy on fleet account. Bad experience with total station we bought on fleet account.
After two thirds through the contract period we had some body wanting to take over the contract and payments. The new guys account was approved, everything, but Hilti sales guys blocked the transfer and sold the guy a new unit. This happened twice. Won’t buy anything on fleet account no more!

im about to send me impact driver for a 4th time to fix it and they keep sending me back with same issue. they wont fix it and wont replace it. lucky me cuz it still on warrnty overvice it could be big money waste from me side for a poor repair service. and me holydays about to end and i still dont have me tool cuz i need to send for a ... 4th time for a repair...

Can't buy parts and service is not worth the expense. STAY AWAY FROM HILTI TOOLS!!!!

Company motto must be : Lie to customers, then lie some more.
And don't even try to defend these actions by blaming Covid19.

Order insullation pins. After delivery of half they sad rest is in port waiting to be processed.
Waited over a week, no turnip, when asked they sad there is a strike at port, can't get items.
Then a day later strike over, pins available. Only 5 box.
Ahh, we getting the rest on Monday.
Monday comes no pins.
Sorry, shipment comes in December.
What once might have been great, todays sales people in Hilti is leaving a bad taste in customers mouth with not being diligent at what they do, passing the blame, and just enjoying the Hilti benefits the company gives them to maintain this bullcake they have going.

I purchased an overpriced Hilti cordless hammer drill and impact driver first couple of months had to warranty the batteries, the hammer drill than when the warranty ran out paid twice to get it rebuilt, and now dead again The company now doesn't even take care of there customers will not rebuild. Do yourselves a big favor buy from another reputable company that stands behind their tools. Overpriced garbage, you could buy from Harbor Freight and get throw away tools at least they would last longer than Hilti. Sad I really thought I was buying the best of the best live and learn.

Schlechtester ONLINE SHOP der HAUPTVERWALTUNG auf der ganzen Ebene, keine Antwort auf Teile Anfragen, Kontaktformular funktioniert nicht trotz mehrfachem Hinweis meinerseits. Hier wird das wohl ausgesessen!!!! Schade, dass hier keine NULL STERNE vergeben werden können.

Im Online Shop steht wohl nur der GROSSKUNDE (Gewerbe)im Vordergrund., der Otto-Normalverbraucher zählt hier absolut nichts.

Diese Bewertung richtet sich nicht an die HILTI Filiale Osnabrück....den Online Shop von Hilti ist nicht direkt bewertbar, spricht eigentlich schon für sich, die machen wahrscheinlich keine guten Job, so merkt es auch keiner !!!

So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt, eine absolutes NO GO

Ich jedenfall habe die Nase voll von Hilti, da lobe ich mir doch andere Firmen für Maschinen.

I bought a drywall screw gun and after 5 days it stopped working!

Btw the worse customer service ever!

The only option they gave to me was wait for my tool to be fixed. When I said this drywall screw gun was the only one I had to do my work right now, because I sold all my Dewalt tools to change to hilti, and I invested in this tool expecting NO problem in at least 1 year, they told me to buy a new one while this one will be fixed so I will have a backup tool. Are you kidding me? I lost money because I couldn’t finish my work, and the option was spend more money with a new one? This is ridiculous!

Die neuen Maschinen lassen leider alle zu wünschen übrig das resultat sind reklamationen nicht einsatfähig nicht ausgereift und einfach auf den Markt gebracht es wird langsmam zum Spielzeugladen Ich bin selständig und brauche verschiedenste Maschinen weil wir sehr unterschiedliche arbeiten ausführen das Akkusystem ist supre viele Maschinen mit dem selben akku die Stichsäge mit Strom funktioniert die mit akku leider nicht der Nietaperat fallt auseinander wenn man ihn am anderen ende auf dem gerüst anfasst und die nägel fallen dann alle raus passiert bei Gesipa nicht Stzschrauber für Elektro gekauft würde wunderbar für Bohren auf der Baustelle funktionieren jedoch der linkslauf fehlt Fehlkonstruktion usw ich kann Ihnen eine ganze Liste anbieten mein vertreter weiß das alles wird aber nur abgewürgt Absaugung zu Stichsäge kein anschluß für den mobilen Staubsauger vorhanden kommt der Hilti Manbn dan und hält den Staubsauger beum arbeiten fest ?? alle unausgereift und nicht vollständig

Good tools, and great cutomer service. There are good and knowledgeable representatives that are technically sound. From drill bits, to power tools. They have been very helpful for my everyday contrtacting jobs.

Die Produkte sind ok, aber der Service ist absolut ungenügend. Es ist eine Frechheit, wie sich diese Firma gegenüber Kunden verhält, die schon ein älteres Gerät besitzen und dies warten/reparieren lassen wollen. FA. Hilti hat einfach keinen Bock, zu ihren älteren Geräten den notwendigen Service anzubieten.
.. Service abgelaufen, heisst es lapidar....eine Frechheit gegenüber dem Kunden.
