ho portato il mio trapano Te 50 usato pochissimo più che semi nuovo avrà fatto un 2 mesi di lavoro da gg del acquisto ad oggi sto facendo i lavori per me stesso spia rossa fisso. . L'ho porto a riparare in dt 13/10. alle ore 17:30. Con il prezzo di riparazione hilti da comunicare si sa che sono alti a prescindere, mi dicono entro 3 gg celai ce scritto nel sito e lo dicono al negozio, da mia consegna ad oggi sono passati 2 settimane non ho ricevuto nulla trapano riparato e non. Domando, la risposta la perso il corriere cosa non vera perche chiamo il numero verde loro mi dicono che la perso hilti dentro la sua officina e non si trova, ame mi occorre devo lavorare, vorrei uno vecchio in sostituzione, datemi uno con noleggio gratuito visto che e colpa vostra, risposta non e un servizio che non facciamo. dopo diverse chiamate invio un email con la pec non ho nessun risultato. Richiamo numero verde per avere info chiedo mi passate un responsabile, la risposta non ce nessuno responsabile che gli posso passare, deve aspettare. In tanto loro prendono tempo e vengono stipendiato con i soldi di compra e ripara a prezzi altissimi come ho fatto io del resto. Qualcuno a avuto un esperienza simile a provato con un legale ? grazie a chi risponde

Totalt dårligt firma

Totalt dårligt firma. Købte noget byggemateriale, som vi ikke skal bruge alligevel, og vi kom tilbage dagen efter med tuben, som ikke engang var brudt, men kunne ikke få pengene tilbage. Begrundelsen var, at de ikke kunne være sikker på, om det havde ligget under 25 grader, i oktober måned. Kom igen. Pisse dårligt. Gå langt uden om dette firma.

Die Firma ist nicht erreichbar.

1. Der Anrufbeantworter ist ständig eingeschaltet.
"Sie rufen ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten an, die Geschäftszeiten sind von 7.30 bis 17.30 Uhr" , stimmt nicht. Um 10.00 Uhr oder um 15.00 Uhr sollten diese Leute wohl arbeiten.
2. Sie können mit den Mitarbeiter chatten. Ja, wenn der Chat eingeschaltet wäre
3. Sie können ein E-Mail schreiben. Ja, wenn man die E-Mails bearbeiten würde.

Hallo,

1975 habe ich eine Handwerkerlehre begonnen. 1976 hat sich mein Chef für Hilti Bohrmaschienen entschieden.
Die Maschienen bohrten und stemmten in jeder Lage, waren leicht und handlich. Bohrten wie von selbst, man musste die Maschienen nur führen. Die heutigen Maschienen, jedenfalls meine ( TE 30 ) ist sehr schwer. An alle Gewichtheber sie können die Maschiene als Trainingsgerät nutzen. Man muss wie wild drücken damit die Schlagbohrfunktion oder Stemmfunktion funktioniert. Zeigt das Motorgehäuse nach oben, oder zur Seite keine Schlagfunktion mehr. Einfach nur Grauenhaft. Der Wahlschalter Bohren / Stemmen usw. geht sehr schwer zu drehen. Die Maschiene ist 6 Monate alt. Auf eine Anfrage bei Hilti bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Sent a Hilti gx-90 nail gun off for a…

Sent a Hilti gx-90 nail gun off for a repair which is was optimistic that it would be an easy fix. I herd nothing for two weeks even though I specifically asked them to ring me as I don’t use email often. I decided to ring them and enquire about my gun to be told that the gun had been sent back to me and I now owed them £60 for taking my gun to pieces. They also quoted me £590 to repair the gun the same price as a brand new Paslode. Shocking service, shocking gun, never again.

I spent over $1000 on a Hilti drill two…

I spent over $1000 on a Hilti drill two batteries . Charger and rattle gun thinking I would have it for life .well not to be one battery stoped working bout one year ago now second ones has done the same . Rang Hilti only to be told they DONT MAKE that one any more through it all away a buy more . So please people think twice be you buy Hilti the cheap brands offer better warranty and service. I received a note to ring customer service to sort it out I did was told I would receive a call back next day with help waited three days and I rang back only to be told look on EBAY for old one . Just lovely HILTI .

Hilti... nothing but imbeciles

Ordered a tool on fleet and took approx 4 weeks to sort. 1 week after I had the tool I received an email invoice for the full amount due in 1 week. Thought it was a clerical error so spoke to my hilti account manager who is useless, then rang hilti to make sure the £560 payment would not be taken. I then received duplicate tool, rang useless account manager again and got nowhere. Rang hilti to tell them they had delivered a duplicate tool in error,
To cut a very long story short, 12 phone calls, 5 emails and lots of unfulfilled promises tool still not picked up and money not returned 7 weeks and counting!

Customer service?

I ordered a jigsaw, batteries, charger, dust extract attachment, and 10 blades online, total cost 1445.73 euro. I paid an extra charge for express delivery as I needed the saw and blades in a hurry. The order date was 24/7/23. The saw arrived the next day minus the blades, I wrote to hilti enquiring as to the missing blades and was informed that the blades were out of stock and showing a delivery date of 31/7/23. Today is the 10/8/23 but look!! a delivery, my blades? No, Hilti have sent me yet another dust extraction adapter, Get a reputation for an early riser and you can sleep all day.
I have a few Hilti tools, the old ones were good value but I have to say the quality of this saw is in keeping with the quality of the service.
A very difficult saw to use, almost impossible to see the blade cutting line, there was some kind of plastic shroud at the front of the blade, this gave some indication of where the blade was, however this fell off first time out. No one from Hilti could be bothered to contact me, I did get an apology from some chap but that was for calling Jigsaw blades Bandsaw blades.

Upset Loyal Hilti Customer…

I have been a Hilti customer for about 15 years and am a great fan as they are great tools. However my first Hilti tool broke last month. I have had my impact driver for 10 years and used it every week, so that's not a bad life time. I rang up and they said the repair could cost up to £250 but obviously they would look at what is wrong and give me a quote. Surprise surprise the quote was nearly exactly that or I could buy a new one for £375. Instead I bought one from Hilti America for just under £100 less than the repair cost and its perfect. I think they have lost their focus. They are not watching the competition catch up, they are losing their exceptional customer service and unique place in the market, they are increasing their prices year on year pricing most traders out of their product offering, they are quite aggressive with the wording from their repair factory in Glasgow. Its very sad actually as this is the only tool that I have broken in over 15 years. They are brilliant and indeed the best tools but need a bit of a business transformation to make the whole business more viable and future proof.

I own couple tools and I'm gonna sell it. I'm not gonna go to the store back again. It sucks something broke tool is discontinued. Garbage my opinion. And only To location in Chicago which is too far away for me to drive.

Poor quality no return

Recently purchased a new cordless drill, 2 batteries and a charger. The first day onsite the drill was unable to drill 3/4 inch holes in a standard 2x6.
Anti torque stops drill every time and is useless.
Tried to return but no go as they do not allow returns on "used" equipment.
Absolutely useless products and return policy.
Complete waste of money and 6 hours travel time.
I will never purchase another hilit product and I recommend no one else waste there money.

Dans le cadre de réalisation des contrats, prélèvements, sont très forts!! en retour tout ce que concerne remboursement aucune réponse, et si réponse nous tombons jamais avec la bonne personne!! c'est pas moi c'est ma collègue !!
Ce que me concerne un remboursement depuis du mois d'octobre 2022 sans retour aujourd'hui, changements de commercial sans arrêt de coup rien se fait !!! pénibles!!!

Dissembled tool

Sent my tool for a repair. Warranty does not apply and received a quote for 240£. Requested them to send it back to me unrepaired. Got it back dissembled and parts in a box. Never responded to my email over this metter. Shocking service.

NEVER DO FLEET TOOL RENTAL!! I own a small company of about 30 employees. I was sold into a fleet contract for three years. I ended up paying twice as much. They keep charging for the tools after the three years. When I tried to cancel the rental I was charged $3,000.00. I figured for the total amount I was charged I could have bought 2 tools from the competitor for the same amount.

Not a happy customer

I am the warehouse manager for a very large company. I went to the Oklahoma City Hilti store for some anchoring supplies and found what I needed. The young man was very helpful and seemed to know a lot about the products. I returned at a later date for more anchors and injectable mortar. I told the young lady what I needed and she said they did not sell anchors individually. I then asked the question, I thought the young man that helped me before said you did ? So she asked him if he told me that, and he became visibly upset, and said, I never said that. I said no problem then I will buy the whole bag. I again returned to the store on another date, for more injectable mortar and I asked for the kind that didn’t set up as fast. So the young lady sold me some but she had a less than desirable attitude, I guess because it was lunch time and I didn’t see any other associates but I’m not sure. After driving all the way back to the job I realized the new glue wouldn’t work in the cartridge I had. So I had to go all the way back and get a different cartridge than the one I originally bought. She just walked back and grabbed one and handed it to me. She never said anything about an additional charge. And she should have told me that in the first place. So when I saw the additional charge on my company credit card, I went back into the store and asked for a receipt that showed the additional charge. It was the same young man I dealt with the first time. He was extremely rude. I asked if the different injectable’s were different prices as he was working on getting a new receipt that had everything I was charged for on it. He said, “No they are not, and that’s the second time you have tried to put words in my mouth and you better not do it again, you tried to do that with the anchors too.” I about blew a fuse. I told him I don’t need your attitude, I need my receipt. He said I’m not giving you attitude. The individual’s name is Matthew Caviness and is the worst customer service associate I have ever dealt with. I’m a 60 year old warehouse manager of a large company and we are needing a lot more stuff for anchoring purposes, but I won’t put up with your horrible disrespectful employees. I also had an employee of mine that heard one of the ladies say that the epoxy/mortar was all the same price. Your employee Mr. Matthew Caviness should be terminated. He just lost you a lot of business. I AM THE CUSTOMER, AND I WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT !!!
