Hills Estate Agents Anmeldelser

Excellent service beyond the expected and went the extra mile to get the house completion sorted. Highly recommended.

The service from the team at Hills was efficient from the start through to a happy completion, Excellent would definitely recommend Hills.

Very professional with one of the 2 directors always doing viewings and negotiations. Genuine people who seem to really care. Easy to talk to as they listen. They go overboard to make sure the service is beyond reproach. Good honest photos, they are a true image. First viewer agreed to buy at asking price, which (price) was a true reflection of the market Will definitely use them again.

Moving rental property due to current landlord selling up is quite a stressful time. Our current Agent's style is so formal it made us feel like a commodity. Hills however were excellent - very friendly and helpful and made the process almost stress free. I will actively recommend Hills to everyone within the Worcester area. Many thanks to everyone at Hills

Hills estate agent were very helpfull with our sale making it easy and flowing .
Hills were there for us every step of the way and the staff members were great they were very approachable and nothing was too much trouble.
We will be using them again with no problem.
Thank you.
Mrs Sarah Hayes.

Once advertised we had regular viewings. Once sold at a good price, the sale was project managed through to the final move. Good communication throughout from a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Our decision to go through Hills was more than justified. Delighted with their performance. Have no hesitation in recommending Hills to all who have to make this difficult choice.

With honest realistic valuations and knowledgeable advice I couldn't fault Hills. They have successfully sold two houses for me in the last 12 months achieving in excess of the asking price for the first and a really decent amount for the second. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Hills for letting a number of properties over the past few years.

Their staff are professional, helpful, knowledgable and just get the job done with the minimum of fuss.

In my opinion Hills offer a far better, locally focused service than the national chain type Letting Agencies - along with the bonus of lower fees!

From the first meeting with Azmat Riaz it became evident that Hills has an excellent grasp of the local housing market and made me aware of the best marketing options for my property. There was excellent communication by all of the team at Hills regarding viewings and feedback afterwards. Within two weeks of putting my house for sale, Justin Poolton negotiated a great price for my home. Both Azmat and Justin took time to understand what I needed from them as Estate Agents including a smooth transition into a rental property managed by Hills.

I can not recommend Hills highly enough!

We have recently purchased an investment property through Hills. We found the staff polite friendly and professional at all times.
Subsequently we used them as our letting agents. On purchasing a second property we did not hesitate to use Hills as letting agents again.
We are very happy with the service provided and find the team a pleasure to deal with.

Having had a poor experience with a large estate agency in the past I wanted a more personal service this time and chose Hills. Marketing options were explained really well, the advice I received was spot on and I was kept informed at every stage without having to chase up. A very professional and personal service. No hesitation in recommending.

I highly recommend Hills estate agents in Worcester. A really professional yet friendly agency who are most approachable. Have dealt with them several times in the past and cannot fault them. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Every member of the team which I had dealings with gave me excellent help when needed. Hills sold my property within 6 weeks and negotiated a good price which I was happy with.i would thoroughly recommend hills estate agency in Worcester.

Good fast service, able to choose our house and be moved in within two weeks, continuous communication

After instructing Hills Estate Agents to get my St Johns property on the market, Mr Riaz and Mr Poolton provided a smooth and efficient service (particularly given I was not living in the area at the time), and managed to get the property sold promptly for the price I wanted-keeping me regularly updated on progress.
This is also following Hills managing the rental of the same property for the previous 6 years completely hassle free. They also provided details of Worcester based solicitors I ended up using for the sale and subsequent purchase of my new property, who turned out to be excellent and provide hassle free service in a period that can so often be fraught with headaches and stress.
Highly Recommended.

The staff at hills estate agents are very helpful and friendly, return your calls and assists you all the way in buying your new home. You couldn't ask for more. BRILLIANT. WELL DONE!!!
