From home visit
From home visit, Wojciech gave us time to select roman blinds and gave us excellent advice. Fitted 2 weeks later by Marcin who did an exceptional job, quick, thorough and no mess. Would recommend Hillarys highly.

Disappointing experience with Hillarys
I had a very disappointing experience with Hillarys. I paid a 50% deposit and was originally given an approximate six-week timeframe, but the order was subsequently delayed without proper communication.
Despite numerous calls and emails, I struggled to get clear information or any meaningful follow-up. Calls were not returned and I felt I had to continually chase the company myself.
Eventually, after weeks of frustration, an advisor came out with alternative fabrics and I was able to resolve the issue in person. I was happy with how the advisor dealt with it, but it was disappointing that it took so long and so much chasing to get to that point.
For a company of this size, I expected much better communication and customer service.

Excellent from start to finish
We had blinds fitted at the beginning of August and were so delighted with the result, we called them back to fit the rest of the house, in all we had 10 blinds fitted, Ger Breen 315047, the advisor who came out has been so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with, the whole process was so efficient, from helping us to choose blinds, setting a date for fitting, the communication, we cannot fault anything. We are delighted with the product, and Ger is an absolute gentleman to deal with.
