In addition to the standard 12-month warranty, we offer a five-year peace of mind guarantee. This extended care plan starts from the day your window dressings are installed until the fifth anniversary of your fitting date.
For a small call-out fee, we'll repair or replace any faulty shutters or conservatory blinds completely free of charge.

Hillarys were professional
Hillarys were professional, efficient and easy to deal with. The installer Fergus was great to deal with from his first appointment, on time, talked me through the range within my budget, and returned to install on the prearranged time, no mess or fuss, very happy with your company and installer.

Fergus Arrived on time
Fergus Arrived on time. Very pleasant and respectful. No pressure. Gave great advice. Finished the job promptly and left no mess.
Telephone calls to confirm payment very helpful and honest about delivery times.
The only issue was price couldn't find 50,% off as advertised. Only got one blind out of 4 due to the price. But the blind we got was good quality and well made but expensive even though we didn't get black out material.
All on all a good experience.

Efficient response to my initial enquiry. Sales person arrive on time for my appointment. Great choice of blinds to choose from. Sales person was not pushy in any way and was very knowledgeable about the products. Order was delivered on time and without any delays or hassles.

Fantastic service to your door. Garreth was a pleasure to deal with. Gave us time to go through options and colours. He gave us great advise. We were told it would be 3 weeks for blinds to be made and fitted. They were fitted on time. Garreth was very neat and tidy. He did a fantastic job.
