Smooth and stress-free experience…
Smooth and stress-free experience overall. We got 4 Roman blinds fitted in less than a month. Booking the advisor and ordering sample fabrics from the website was very straightforward. We particularly liked these features as it helped us get an accurate quote and to pick the most suitable fabric for our blinds.
James fitted the blinds and we are very happy with the outcome. Communication was easy, he was forthcoming in explaining the product, precise with the measurements, and very quick to get them installed on the day of fitting.
Highly recommend Hillarys.

Excellent Customer Service
I had Gerry and Charlie install our blinds in the kitchen (double doors), their advice and support throughout the measuring up, quotation stage to the fitting was perfect from start to finish, even suggesting how to disguise the roller blind by installing a trim on top to blend in with the door, They were excellent and very professional. Highly recommend both men and Hillarys for your blinds.

Within 12 hours of installation
Within 12 hours of installation, the shutters started to disintegrate. On examination, many of the screws are not secured. The actual shutter material is lightweight, but because it is not properly attached to the door frame, is in danger of cracking off. We are not using this door to try and minimise damage, until it is properly installed. Yet, 4 weeks after we first pointed out the deficit in the installation, no one has come to repair it. E mails , yes. Whatapp messages, yes. But no repair. I cannot recommend this company.

Svar fra Hillarys Ireland
Hi Siobhan
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We hear your frustration regarding the faulty fitting of your new shutters, the resulting material damage, and the delay in getting a technician out to fix these issues. Having to avoid using your door for four weeks is completely unacceptable, and we recognize that our communication has fallen short of resolving the problem.
We have requested your information to look in to this further for you .
Can you please call the Customer Service team on free phone 1800882916
