package arrived quickly with easy to use guide on how to use the product on the back of the box. Set up was easily done and application of product. I was worried it would fall off the bottom part of the tray but had no issues. After first application I could see a difference in my teeth as some stubborn teeth I had struggled with had lightened. I'm looking forward to continue using the product and see my end results. If it continues to give me great results I will be purchasing more in the future especially with my wedding coming up and wanting beautiful pearly whites for the day. Highly recommend to give a try.

I just wanted to say I had the whitening kit box 2 months ago and I have seen so much change on my teeth so quick, I’ll probably buy the refills soon to keep the smile I’ve got I can finally say my confidence also it’s changed.
I’ll definitely recommended it to anyone 10/10 🙏🏻😊

I am very pleased with my teeth whitening strips I can already see progress and will continue using them, quality is very good they stick to your teeth for the duration of time they are in :-) thanks again

I will definitely continue using my product. Saw a difference within a week. I have very sensitive teeth and was pleasantly surprised I had no sensation with the results I got.
I have already recommended to 2 friends. Great Product, Great Results!!!!

The teeth whitening kit I got was really good- I forgot to get before and after photos but you could see a difference in 2 days

I will be purchasing again once I run out

Highly recommend this product.great value and even better results.
Have recommended to friends and family.

I recently ordered the teeth whitening ultimate kit and it had worked wonders on my teeth. The care instructions were easy to follow and the whitening product was not abrasive to my teeth. It appeared whiter within three weeks of using it. I found that the teeth whitening gel kit was super effective in comparison to the other products , they all worked as well as they should and I would recommend purchasing again.

I ordered the complete smile white kit the whitening strips are super convenient so I could stick them on while driving then just remove when I got there and the charcoal powder worked well for removing stains

I found the teeth whitening strips to be effective from as early as the 4th application. I used daily for a month and had great results. The only slight downside was keeping them on the teeth perfectly but it didn’t make much difference to the results. Very pleased

Great product. My teeth were noticably whiter within days 😬

Made my teeth look whiter from the teeth whitening kit! Would recommend!

Lovely item nice teeth and no irritation on them

I am very pleased with the teeth whitening kit I bought, it has made my smile significantly whiter and I would definitely recommend.

I found this product very effective after only 3 uses ,my teeth are 2 shades lighter , unlike other brands I've used I have zero sensitivity with this love this product would definitely recommend .

I have been using the whitening strips for the last two weeks and can definitely see the difference my teeth are a lot whiter

Great product. Thank you.

Placed an order, was tracked, received an e-mail from Royal Mail to say my parcel couldn't ne delivered as Heysmile hadn't addressed correctly, 4 times I have e-mailed them to ask what is happening with my order and no reply, even filled out the form on their website and still no reply, shocking customer service.

Update : 17/2/25 - Never ever received any reply from them, went through my bank and got a refund

These frauds are cheats pls be aware they asked me to leave them positive review and they will send me a free product.. after review there was no reply.. their products are not great too in order to maintain have to keep purchasing it.. the results are not very great.. frauds pls dont go by my first review that was left because they asked me to leave a positive review

Never arrived. Haven't had any response from HeySmile support to any of my emails. Feel like I've been scammed.
