When parcel was claimed to be delivered but wasn’t I sent 3 emails as there is no contact number and have heard NOTHING back at all! I am disappointed and will not use or recommend the company to anybody .. a disgrace!

Recently ordered my whitening kit by you guys not happy why so ever my kit hasn’t even arrived been past 24 hours and made my order a priority! I’m not happy had no email off Heysmile either

The Heysmile teeth whitening strips are like magic i see huge difference in shades after every use. I just pop them on 30 mins before i go out and let the strips do its magic. I would highly recommend Heysmile

Product does not work. Customer service is non existent. Product arrived eventually but not within said time frame.

Gave me really bad stomach pains.

I started to experience them from the first use; it wasn't bad enough then to stop me from using them, but by the third time, I was in agony the next day. The stomach pains lasted for three days.

I've emailed them twice to make them aware and have not heard anything from them. Poor customer service and terrible product.

I would not trust this company. Confirmation of order email stated 4 business days for delivery, it took 7, so I asked to return the product as I have bought elsewhere. I have sent 5 emails over a two week period and had no response at all. It states on their website, returns accepted within 30 days, send proof of order and also proof item not be opened. I have done both and still no response.

Answer my email

I am very sorry to say that I would avoid this company at all costs. They haven’t delivered my order or replied to the four emails Iv sent them asking for a delivery date. They haven’t updated the delivery details from ‘package expected’. I ordered on 15/12/2025 and no communication from them since. I’m out of pocket and very annoyed. 😡

Order placed and tracking sent within 2 days but Royal Mail still not received order and absolutely no response to multiple emails asking for status update or refund. Was supposed to be a Christmas present - waste of time and money.

I still haven’t received my product. Even though I’ve seen the bad reviews on this I still carried on and ordered the product however Royal Mail has still not received it

Nothing delivered, tracking hasn’t updated. Have emailed hey smile multiple times airing my concerns, to no avail. No reply from the company whatsoever. Used before, but sorely disappointed this time

You need to get these! When I ordered I was sceptical, but obviously still hopeful. I didn't need to be concerned, from the first use I noticed a difference. Second and third, more so. What an amazing product (also has a lovely taste). I will continue to purchase these.

I’ve always had good teeth and these have made them so sensitive permanently!! And the whiteness did not last long, barely shiny after a day.

It works on my teeth . I can see the difference

I placed my order at the start of July (50122) and it’s still not arrived, virtually no response to emails requesting a refund (still waiting on this by the way), would not recommend - if someone from the company sees this please help me get this sorted!

Hey smile asked me to write a review in exchange for a free foam paste, I did as asked but they have not sent out item and are now not answering to my texts about it.
Very bad service from ordering to blanking you. Only order if you like having to wait weeks for them to send product and ghosting you. Order was sent out only after I said I was going through my bank for a refund.
