Ordered orthopedic neck pillow x-large. Advertised as from Denmark. 120$ for the pillow. Paid for 24 hour processing. First was not processed in 24 hours not even close. When I finally see it shipped it was a Chinese shipping company. Went back to website and no indication that the products were coming from China. 3 weeks later I finally get the pillow and it is absolute garbage. X-large is not even then size of a standard pillow. Might as well be a throw pillow. It may be three inches thick and pillow is terrible quality. Neither soft nor firm. Just kind of limp and floppy. Definitely not a legit orthopedic pillow. Very disappointed. Guess I am out 120$, from other reviews on here.

Ten eerste is dit bedrijf niet transparant over het feit dat hun goederen IN CHINA op voorraad staan. Je moet dus heel lang wachten voordat je je spullen krijgt. Wil je het dan retourneren dan moet het terug naar China, en de kosten zijn voor jou. Ook dit geeft Hexocare niet vantevoren aan. Ze zijn vervolgens zo "coulant" om je 20% van het betaalde bedrag terug te sturen, en dan mag je het product houden. Jammer dat je er dan niks meer aan hebt omdat degene voor wie je het besteld had intussen is overleden. Die boodschap doet ze niets. De eerder zo geroemde Mikkel Jensen stuurt je nl. gewoon een bericht met "Perfect" en een smiley! Samenvattend: ZERO service dus koop hier nooit iets!

They have cheaply made shoes and a bad return policy. It doesn't matter what their material or website says they will not take the items back without a lot of hassle. They will offer to let you keep the product and give you 20% but will not offer you a refund. If you insist, then they make you pay for return shipping even if the product is too big, doesn't fit or is badly made. The fact that they let you keep the product and will offer you 20% of your initial purchase prices shows you how cheaply made these products are.

There are better companies. This one does not give you value for your money or treat you as a valued customer.

Geen fijne ervaring met Hexocare

De reden was dat er slechts weer opkomt was bij de omgeving distributiecentrum??

Ik heb 2 x een mail gestuurd ,geen persoonlijk bericht terug gehad
Artikel was veel te duur

Artikel is van slechte kwaliteit met een Chinese gebruiks aanwijzing ??
Graag zou ik het artikel terug sturen , maar nu komt het artikel uit China ,wat hoge kosten met zich mee brengt volgens Hexocare
Maar dat weet je van te voren niet
En dan ga je het niet terug sturen ,zoals veel klanten niet doen
Dit staat ook niet vermeld op de site ,wel staat er makkelijk te retourneren
En dan ga je daar van uit
nu kreeg ik
20 %terug van de aankoop voor een tegemoetkoming
En mag het product houden misschien om nog te gebruiken in de toekomst...
Of spreken zelfs misschien kan ik het nog cadeau doen
Nou dan snappen ze het echt niet
Hexocare praat over dat hun verlies lijden ,en doen of hun het slachtoffer zijn ,de klant lijdt verlies ,want ik heb al dik betaald
Ik ben erg teleursteld !!
Na weer mail verkeer kreeg ik 30 % retour maar vond dit geen goede deal ,en stelde voor 50% geld terug gave ,en daar stemde ze mee in , inhoudelijke gingen ze niet op de mail in, geld is dan toch belangrijker dan een tevreden klant

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I should have checked this site before ordering 2 pairs of slippers from them. What I received were cheap, hard, plastic slippers that were shipped from China. Please DO NOT ORDER anything from them. I am contacting my credit card company now to dispute the charges.

Hetzelfde verhaal als velen, in mijn geval paar schoenen gekocht, pasten niet. Zeer beroerde prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Aangegeven dat ik geld terug wil.
Vervolgens kwam het verhaal over terugzenden naar China, wat duurder is dan de aankoop. Wat iedereen hier vermeldt. 10, 20 en 30% geboden korting geweigerd.
In hun algemene en verkoopvoorwaarden gedoken. Deze houden echt geen stand. Er staan zaken in die als onredelijk aangemerkt zullen worden (juridisch gezien: nietig of vernietigbaar). Dat weten ze maar al te goed.
Ik heb een brief, ondertekend door mijn juridisch adviseur gestuurd. De dag erna kreeg ik antwoord van de manager, geld terug en ik kon de schoenen houden. Binnen een dag stond het geld op mijn rekening.

Ik wil hier iedereen die gespaard heeft voor een (medisch hulpmiddel) product helpen.

Ga niet akkoord met die korting wanneer je dat geen goed aanbod vind. Stuur een brief met de volgende tekst:

My client, je eigen naam, does not agree with your proposal. She is very dissatisfied with your response. He/She wishes to return the product and receive a full refund of the purchase price. He/she She informed you of this in a timely and proper manner.
You state that the return policy requires the product to be sent back to Shenzhen, China, and that the return costs exceed the original purchase price. However, these disproportionate costs are not mentioned in your general terms and conditions, nor in your return policy.
According to your website, Hexocare/Hexocareco is located in Denmark. It is therefore reasonable for a customer to assume that this is the return address.
Your requirement to return the goods to China is therefore unreasonably burdensome, especially considering the return costs, which are clearly disproportionate to the purchase price of the product. In this regard, I refer you to Article 6:233 of the Dutch Civil Code. The condition you have imposed — unreasonable and not disclosed in advance — is so disproportionate that it justifies the dissolution of the agreement and a full refund of the purchase price.
My client is willing to pay reasonable return shipping costs to a Dutch or other European address.
If you do not provide such a return address immediately, my client will consider this a breach of contract and will hold Hexocareco legally liable for all resulting costs. My client will also take the necessary legal steps in this matter. If needed, this case will be brought to the attention of relevant consumer organisations and supervisory authorities, such as the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets.

Website met .nl domein blijkt niet nederlands, producten komen zelfs China dus erg lang wachten ondanks extra betaling voor spoed... reageren via het mailadres op website kan niet omdat mailadres niet bestaat...

Annuleren en retourneren gaat moeizaam. Bieden 20% geld terug omdat retourneren teveel zou kosten. Niks bestellen hier komt allemaal van china!!!!!

The company was very responsive and friendly, and the fact that it measures respiration rate as well as blood oxygen and pulse was very important to me. I am quite happy with my purchase.

I had trouble ordering the right size. The company was prompt in answering my queries and when I ordered the wrong size went to great trouble of ensuring I got the right size and sending out the correct size without extra cost. I would highly recommend!

What a scam! As others have mentioned, Hexocare claims to work out of Denmark, but I doubt it. They sent me cheap, unwearable garbage plastic shoes that were on sale for $50! The shoes finally arrived, postmarked not from Denmark but Cucamonga CA! The crappy shoes aren't worth $5. There like something you'd buy at the dollar store. They are flat, slippery, stiff plastic--NOT ORTHOPEDIC BUNION-PREVENTING shoes as the website claimed. I said I wanted a refund for the utter waste of money, but like they told MANY OTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS, it would cost more to return them (BULLSHIT) than to keep them for a 30% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM company. Half of these five star reviews are clearly fake reviews someone at the company wrote or someone was paid to write. This shop is basically plastic crap from China pretending to be medical equipment made by scientists. Don't fall for it, or you will waste your money like I did.

I received the shoes and they did not fit. They did not have an orthotic shoe inside. The bottom of the sandal was slick plastic. I paid $66 for the sandal a warranty and a quick ship. They are now offering me 20 and 30% to keep the shoe and avoid the shipping to Denmark. The shoe was obviously from China and the shipping label says Vernon California and I live in San Diego. I am still waiting to hear back from them again. I am so very disappointed. I’m a disabled that on a limited income and the $66 that I paid is important to me. The shoe has no quality it doesn’t fit I would like attach photos to show my complaints.

DISHONEST COMPANY. I ordered expensive sandals from their website. Arrived 3 weeks later falsely advertised cheap, sandals, horribly made, I can not wear. When I contacted them they said it’ll will be expensive for me to return them because I’d have to send them to Denmark. So they told me to keep them and they offer 20% back. I refuse and tell them it gonna cost me 15$ to send it back. They say I have to pay really more to track the package otherwise it will get lost. They gave me false adresse. You can see in google earth it's a appartment. They never refund me

Super Cheap product. Definitely not worth the money. The strap is too short and it doesn't stay on the hook. It kept coming off. This device is waayyyy too overpriced. I found the exact same thing on Temu for $10 and it works great.

You pay to expedite shipment. The statement says “you should receive your soon. A month later they still had not arrived. No wonder the were on a slow boat from china. When called they just made excuses. Then offered me a 20% credit which I never received. The shoes look cheap, as well.

The shoes delivered were terrible quality and more like a bad $5 Temu order than $90 shoes. Now the problem is to obtain a refund Hexo have advised the shoes must be returned to Denmark from NZ. The cost of this is prohibitive. It is also against both NZ and EU law. This company I think is a dropshipper of Chinese items and clearly a scam. Do not use them you shall regret it. Their shoes are $90. I found the identical photo and shoe on Ali express for $12 nzd. Clearly dropshipping scammers

Meer dan 10 dagen geleden iets besteld met (zogezegde) hoge korting. Nog niks ontvangen. Klantendienst gecontacteerd. Zouden antwoorden binnen de 24u. Niks ontvangen. Hexocare heeft een Nederlands webadres, maar dat is misleiding.

Het product heeft een hele matige pasvorm. Kwaliteit is matig.

Er is een retour en restitutie beleid, dat lijkt prima.
Totdat je iets wilt retourneren. Is lastig, ze bieden 20% terugbetaling aan, omdat retour sturen lastig is voor hun.
Na herhaaldelijk aandringen van mijn kant, niet verder gekomen.

Het heeft alle schijn van een dropship handel.
Mails die erg lijken op Chatrobot berichten.

Ik heb een claim bij PayPal ingediend. Die kiezen partij voor de verkoper.

Site lijkt keurig en betrouwbaar. Allemaal nep. Retourbeleid wat ze niet nakomen.
