Das Gerat was ich bekommen hatte war leider defekt, aber ein gutes Unternehmen zeichnet sich auch aus, die Reklamation reibungslos zu managen.

The shoes I bought were listed on their website as good support for people with plantar fasciitis. When I received the shoes, there was no support whatsoever. No heal support, no arch support, nothing. When I contacted them to return the shoes I was informed that they would give me a 20% refund Because they stated that it would cost more than that to send them back to them because I’m in the US and they are in Denmark. So it was not a very pleasant experience for me. I will not be ordering from them again.

Easy ordering process and I love the frequent email updates to keep me informed of my order. Very personal touch-I like it.

The knee massager helps with stiffness in such a simple way. It’s compact, user-friendly, and truly takes the edge off my joint pain. It’s the kind of relief I didn’t think I’d find in something this small.

Wasn’t happy with the product itself nor with the service I received!
First of all, I thought I was ordering through Amazon, I felt like I was tricked into ordering through Hexocare since their products just popped up in the midst of all of the other Amazon ads.
When the product finally did come, it wasn’t as great as they made it sound. The silicone was not playable as advertised, and it was so hard that even after four tries, I was unable to mould it therefore it is totally useless, and I cannot wear it.
Their ad promises 100% satisfaction guarantee or a complete refund.
When I approached them about it, they said that I would have to pay to have it shipped back to them, which was going to cost me a whole lot more than actual shipping would’ve been, but they gave me the option of keeping up with just a 20% refund.
THAT is NOT a complete refund, which they promise!!
They do not live up to their promises, which I feel is a complete breach of their contract.

Great experience. Sturdy, high quality ankle splint that arrived quickly - I will definitely purchase from this site again. This type of ankle splint was hard to find, I did a lot of searches for the type that has the two sturdy supports on both sides of the ankle, and I’m so glad I found this site.

I had an issue with my order, but the customer service at Hexocare was outstanding in resolving it. Absolutely amazingly wonderful. I would not hesitate to order again. Customer service like this is amazing in todays world and I highly recommend Hexocare for their customer service and the high quality of their products.

As a customer from the United States, I was astounded by the level of proactive customer service the hexocare team provides.
Most vendors in the US just send you an automated shipping confirmation and that’s it. Even once you get the product, it’s often a challenge to connect with the vendor about issues or returns.
Hexocare sent the nicest confirmation/shipping email I’ve ever received from a company. I honestly didn’t even know I was ordering outside the US when I made the purchase, but it is obvious that hexocare company operates with a high level of integrity. The confirmation was warm and informative letting me know the status of my package, when to expect it and how to track it, the carrier sending it, the shipping address, and most importantly, how to reach them if I need anything regarding my package. The wording felt like it had a real personal touch and it was clearly a person and not a bot.
I’m really excited to try the product. I would buy from this vendor time and again.

Recieved my order in a timely manner and when I had problems with sizing they fixed the problem for me with no problems

The wrist splint (small, right) fit exactly as described and provides excellent support for my tendinitis and CMC joint arthritis. The seller’s communication was smooth, timely, and very helpful. I’m highly satisfied and would definitely recommend both the product and the Hexocare company.

I neglected to realize the shoes and company were from another country. It was such a long time to receive them. They are easier to get on my husbands feet, however all inserts have to be removed in order to allow his swollen feet to wear them. I chose them and apparently chose wrong.

Do not be fooled by this being a Danish company. It’s the cheapest possible crap made in China and NOT as advertised. A total waste of money.

I received 2 products from this company. One product, The Hexo Care Blackhead removal item
arrived defective. Their only solution is 2 options. To return at my expense, which they state is a hefty cost to return overseas. The other option is to offer me a 20% discount. This product is defective and should be a full refund. Period! Do not waste your money with this company.

Zou hier niet bestellen. Producten liggen op voorraad in China, hier zijn ze niet transparant over. Het duurt om die reden lang voordat je je producten binnenkrijgt. Als je je order wilt retourneren zegt de klantenservice eerst dat dit niet kan en wordt er 20% van het aankoopbedrag aangeboden. Uiteindelijk mocht ik het product toch retourneren, en waren de verzendkosten van 35 euro (!) richting China voor mij.

These shoes are garbage but you get what you pay for! I bought these because my bunions had been causing me a lot of pain and in a moment of panic I bought these. Let's be clear, these are cheap shoes and do not support bunions. On the positive, they are cute. If you are looking for a flip-flop upgrade this might be a good option.
