I like to wear minimalist shoes, but I do need arch support. These seem well made with good arch support and fit easily into my shoes. They do have a musty smell but I am not sure if it’s from being in transit. They did travel over the big pond, after all!

It is a bit hard plastic.. But I'm figuring out how to position it for most comfort..

I bought one of the snoring devices to help basically soften my BF snoring as he is REALLY bad. Can't sleep at night when he falls asleep first. Not only does the device not work, it doesn't even change settings like it said it did on the "instructions" and I didn't even receive the second thing I bought to go along with combating my bf snoring. Overall this device does not work and it's not worth the long wait for it to ship for it to not work.

Drama! Je denkt bij een gerenommeerd bedrijf te bestellen, site ziet er goed uit. Maar helaas blijkt het vanuit China te moeten komen.(had zelf nog beter moeten opletten?)Dure orthopedische slippers besteld maar na 4 weken nog niets ontvangen. Volgens track en trace is mijn bestelling nog steeds in China.

Update: eindelijk mijn orthopedische sandalen ontvangen. Wat een slechte kwaliteit, slecht gelijmd en gemaakt van plastic. Dat voor €54,95. Echt onacceptabel!!
Gemaild met de klantenservice en als antwoord de standaard mail zoals je terug kunt lezen in eerdere reviews.
Retourneren mag naar China, de retour kosten zijn absurd hoog, zodat je dat uit je hoofd laat. Compensatie is 20% van je aankoopbedrag. Dus nog opgescheept met aliexpress kwaliteit voor een hoog bedrag. Schandalig!!

Great product with a very helpful staff

The product was not as advertised, very cheaply made, did not support my feet nor was it " orthopedic". My foot was left with a reddish tint after wearing them for a short time. I was very disappointed.

The support provided for bigger chested women really eases the pressure on the shoulders and back.

Michelle in Customer Support was super helpful.
I had initial resistance to order when I saw the company had a Denmark address.
Then I saw it was coming from China but Michelle tracked the shipping immediately and I felt assured there was someone I could communicate with.

First off, I customarily do not write reviews unless they are warranted, truly. For full context, I contacted the company only to inform that it was one of the best, strongest back supports I have ever used but I had an issue with the Velcro coming unglued and believe that you all need that information to improve. In short, without hesitation, the team responded and offered to issue a replacement at no cost. I greatly appreciate the values of standing behind your product and am huge on loyalty. Not a question that when needed, I would order from you all again.

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST COMPANY! I ordered expensive sandals from them, over 3 weeks later received a crappy plastic pair of sandals. Totally false advertising. Also on their website it says ‘14 day return policy.’ When I contacted them to return them, they said it’ll be expensive to return them because I have to send them to Denmark at my expense. They told me to keep them and only offered 20% back. They’re not even usable. Do not order from them

The plastic on the item was cheap, the springs were weak . I purchased the stabalizing knee support pads. The return policy is so horrible, (I'll let you see thier response email,see below)

I was looking for a specific Merrell sandal and Hexocare's knockoff was represented as such. The email verification of my purchase let me know I had inadvertently ordered a non-Merrell knock off so I contacted Hexocare's customer service through their website to cancel within 15 min of purchase. They ignored the request and the next communication was a shipping notification. I have refused delivery via USPS and watched to verify USPS scanned the package as refused. Hexocare is still refusing to refund my purchase price because they haven't "received it." I have no control if they "receive" but I know it's been sent in the USPS system. This company is an unreliable scammer .

I ordered the orthopedic bunion sandal . I paid 50 $ for the same pair I have now that I only paid 15$. These r the worse pair of sandal that I have ever ordered on line & overprices poorly made plastic uncomfortable shoe. I am on a limited budget & thought these would b better made than the other pair I have now . But they are worse. I will NEVER order from this company again. I am disappointed . Nothing they can say will make these expensive uncomfortable shoes better.

They said there were shipping delays for two weeks didn’t process my order then I hear back from them that my order has been canceled that my request and I never even canceled the order. I’ve been patiently waiting just to have my order canceled. I would never recommend.

Very nice couch seat pillow! I really needed this!

This company was very good at updating us on the progress of our package after it was shipped.
It arrived in good shape, and while it took a while to get to us, considering the distance it was traveling, it didn't take all that long.

I had to chase and chase this product over weeks. I was told to just wait a few business days because sometimes there were delays. The supposed ‘orthopaedic cervical ergonomically designed’ pillow finally arrived this morning in a ball. Literally so squashed in to the cheapest packaging that I thought someone in my household had ordered a basketball. It came wth no official paperwork. I’m pretty sure my $100 Danish pillow came from China. It looks extremely cheap. Don’t bother ordering from here if you are after a quality product, which for that price I thought I was getting.
