this chat widget is great and affordable, we saved a ton switching from zendesk over to livechat. the ui/ux is way better, there is much more data and its very easy to use.

Be careful of deceptive billing terms and no refund policy
It all started really positive until our trial was over and we expected our monthly bill.
Suprise, we're billed annually, $600. Nice one, we accepted the charge as we were planning to use the service, but felt deceived / tricked.
Less than a month later our workflow changed and we could no longer use LiveChat and HelpDesk due to CLS and integration issues.
We requested a partial refund, this was strongly denied. It was reiterated we would be able to get no refund of the over $540 we had paid in advance. There is a zero refund ever policy.
Enjoy taking our money, hope it was worth it. We will not use your service again or recommend it to anybody.

HelpDesk has worked for our company without any glitches or fails. It's been a great way for us to still offer a channel for our customers to connect with us (during evenings and weekends when we don't have an employee online and available to respond to inquiries).

Our experience with Help Desk has been pretty good. It's definitely a good help desk tool. The current pricing structure makes it slightly more expensive than what I would expect to pay.

We have been using HelpDesk for over six months now. I love the automation and templates. It's now so much easier for us to track and manage our tickets across multiple reps. Plus the integration with other products in their stack is a huge plus!
Easy to use help desk software
Great async communication management system, we use it for all external messages from contact forms, standard email, as well as HelpDesk's contact widget. Their 'workflow' system is a no-brainer, helping us automate much work. An additional plus is having a free "Viewer" role that allows us to share communication with people who don't work with it when we want to consult something internally. Highly Recommended.

From 4$ to 24$!!!!
Got a free trial. When I signed up, the price was 4$. But then, after my trial expired, they had changed the price from 4$ to 24$ in the meantime.
So now I can either pay 6 times as much as expected when signing up or grab my data and run to another service and acknowledge that i've wasted a ton of time setting stuff up.
