I just received my bag and it is not at all what I expected. I saw this brand on pinterest and the bag looked very high quality and what arrived is definitely not. First of all the delivery person said this came from Temu and I would not have bought it if I knew that.

I feel like I’ve been duped. I looked into a refund and you can only get store credit. I don’t recommend this at all; not even for the discounted price.

I don't usually leave trustpilot reviews but I'm so happy with my purchase so I'm doing it! Girls, if you hesitate, don't hesitate! Delivery is fast, customer support responds quickly, quality is impeccable and the color (I got a Bogota burgundy) is perfect as on the photos and video. Plus I love their instagram, they've got real potential!

There is something off about this brand - I ordered a bag online after seeing an advert on Pintrest and the bag took weeks to arrive...Mailed from China, the brand name says "Milan" and the website address is a random place in New Mexico. The "about us" page on the site is filled with stock image photos of the "founder". Since purchasing I've now seen 3 other brands/shopify website pop up on Pintrest using the same photos and videos of the same bags e.g. a store called "Emily's Essentials" - also using stock image photos of the "founder" and another "noirvere" which also uses the exact same photos of these bags.
The bag I ordered arrived after a few weeks and while it fit the description the quality is definitely not the high quality vegan leather advertised and so I wouldn't recommend.
I'm not sure what is going on with this brand but I'm embarrassed I fell for the image of a small, quality brand.

This is my second purchase from Hello Vichy, and I can confidently say the quality of their bags is unmatched. The leather feels premium, and the attention to detail is exceptional. I'm already planning my next buy!

I'm pretty sure I got scammed. I did receive my bag but it wasn't what I wanted and then wanted to return it. I followed the instructions only to find out that the email you had to mail did in fact not exist. I hope I can still get my money back but I think that is very unlikely. I would not recommend buying here.

This website is a scam. They are not genuine, I did not receive my item, I messaged them on their support email 3 times asking where my order was, I then got blocked by them and I had no way of communicating with them.

It is a dodgy website and not genuine. Do not order from here!! They are not legit or genuine and I would ignore their other reviews. Avoid!!!!! 🚩🚩

They have in the top of their page the truspilot stars trying to seem legit but you don’t find anything about them anywhere. I’ve seen their posts on Pinterest and ordered a bag. Afterwards I found out that the same bag in the same colors is sold by brandy Melville for way less money
