Helimeds made it easy for me to get my meds quickly when I needed them most. The whole process was simple and handled properly with a real doctor. My order arrived on time without any issues. I’m happy I came across their service and will use them again

I’ve been using compounded Semaglutide from another company and switched based Helimeds awesome price point. What I received was basically injecting water. Even attempting to adjust the dosage there were absolutely no benefits of the Semaglutide. Appetite resumed in full force, no delayed gastric emptying, food noise was loud and clear. If you have ever taken a proper Semaglutide product you know what I am talking about. It’s a pharmacy issue. Spoke with customer service and after a month of back and forth there is nothing they can do about it. So Helimeds has a customer service that just cannot do much due to the pharmacy they choose to do business with. $600 for injectable water. Not cool.

Ordered three month kit. Credit card was charged right away. No receipt, no confirmation was ever sent to me. I waited, nothing. I reached out a total of five times through texts, messages and emails, nothing. I canceled.

Their address is a UPS Store. Their phone number is answered by an "answering service." Google it. I do not recommend based on my personal experience.

I am updating this review after a nice gentleman returned by call and apologized for the confusion. He assured me that I would not be charged and that my order was canceled. A sincere apology goes a long way with me. I still do not recommend, but appreciate the attempt to make it right. Thank you.

The whole process was very seamless. On-line questionnaire and then follow up with the physician. Text communication was very helpful- notification when RX was sent to pharmacy. Order to pharmacy on Friday- received meds on Tuesday well protected from damage and in a cooler pouch. Follow-up communication has been very good.
