Great delivery time. Easy process.

I got Tirzepatide from them over 4 months ago, switching from Zepbound to compounded Tirzepatide. Sign up and all was easy and it had good pricing for the first order. Shipping was fast and the packaging kept the meds cool.

Unfortunately that all the good things I can say about it. The vials that arrived felt sticky, one of them had cotton stuck to it in several places, one close to the bottle head that had me worried there would be cotton inside where the rim of the lid is. I figured I already paid for it and still gave it a go.

I completely used up all the vials in the 3 months. In that time I lost about 4 pounds in total and also kept on gaining 1 - 2 pounds and loosing them again, jojoing up and down. I was still working out and eating and drinking enough but I also was getting cravings again. Not as bad as before I started taking any tirz but I noticed the difference to the zepbound i was taking before that ( which I had been taking for 4 months) .

Before I switched I was steadily loosing a healthy 1-3 pounds a week. Well I figured it might be a plateau and upped the amount, to which I did not notice a difference.

After I was finished with the vials I switched to another established compounding company. wow, 2nd week after the first injection of their tirz I started loosing weight again and have been for these past few weeks. Same dosage and I also don't have cravings anymore .

I think there is/was something not right with the Tirzepatide they sell, either watered down or something else. Wasted 3 months of my weight loss journey. Well at least the weight stayed almost the same...

I STILL haven’t received my order. It was shipped 2nd day air with FedEx on 1/27/26 and today is 2/1 and it hasnt arrived.
I assume they are shipped 2nd day air to insure that the medicine is kept at a certain temperature.
I do not want to inject something into my body that has been compromised! ESPECIALLY for what I paid!!
Can someone help me get a new order shipped out?

Did everything through thier APP and things went smoothly. Received meds promptly but the instructions and how the program worked was not well covered. In any event, figured it out. After 3 months ran and wanted to continue, pricing was not competitive and communiications was spotty at best. Changed to another provider and much happier now.

What makes my journey with semaglutide great is that I have an option available for a better experience and support from Heli.

I was excited to be able to get a higher dosage than my max at Medvi of 11.123mg. I ordered 3 months of Tirzepitide of 15 mg and have taken 2 weeks of dosage and I’m disappointed as it does not cut my appetite at all. I’m concerned it could possibly not be legit. Maybe it’s too soon to know but Medvi was a lower dosage and I was never hungry but they are very expensive at about 100 a week.

Was able to text or leave an e mail for answers. However, I basically lost no weight during the first month..was very disappointed and a waste of $.
Decided to try another month with a higher dosage..hopefully it is better
