Hi,

Never use their IP lease service.
We had a lot of Ip from them but they lost our IP block in the process of migration and told us to get new Ip as it was assigned to new clients which was their mistake.

I asked several time to give the IP back but no help they bluntly replied it is assigned to their clients and we should get new IP.
They do not understand what they are doing.

A bunch of fools playing games.

Never do business with them, they will screw you for sure.

Hello, Today I had an experience that I will never forget. I took a VPS from Heficed, and after 7 years with them I had late payments and after 8 days they deleted all my data.

Yet I contacted them to explain the situation despite that I lost 7 years of work, more than 10 customer projects and database. I really don't know what to do anymore.

However, I subscribed to a backup to avoid this kind of problem. They all deleted like that.
I really do not recommend this host. Here is their message:

To answer your question, talking about Cloud services, they are being suspended for 2 days after the non-payment and terminated 3 days after the due date. However, we are able to restore the terminated service 3 days after the initial termination. After all this time is passed, service and all related data is being completely wiped out and the used storage is being freed.

No respect for customers, just kicked out, and no response,

As I wanted a VPS for my private projects and tests I found out that my time was more valuable to manage a server. After a 2 - 3 poor choices I went to heficed and the last 3 - 4 years, the only times I had to contact them was, when I asked them to change the billing date. Seriously trouble free experience.

Heficed is a great company with excellent professionals from the technical department, to the support and commercial department.

Any requests I have made to date have been resolved quickly and competently.

The best place I know for unified solutions. I've bothered their support a lot to suit my rather unique requirements and each time, they deliver. Many Thanks To Modesta and othe great guys at Heficied. I surely recommend.

Not a good experience with network ! By Default you can't use their servers for transactional or promotional mailing purpose , they will tell you to forward to your emails to them through their TLS network (lax-tls.heficed.com). which is not a professional way to install any mailing service on any dedicated server.

Update : You are into competitive market , if your competitor like Digitalocean, Vultr, Inap , redswitches, ovh, Hetzner, quardanet, colocrossing and many more able to handle without taking extra efforts to customer , why you are not doing so ?
