After being a member for a number of years, there reached a point where zero effort was being put into customer service or the product even when I was still paying as a customer. When I decided to leave and asked for some help with the transition, I got a personal response from Tom saying that there's no money left in the business. The unprofessionalism was mind-blowing in the worst way and based on the experience, if I see that he's involved in any future business, I would avoid this 100%.

Tom Hunt finally pulls the plug of his bcast network, after reassuring his customers that their lifetime deals were permanent. Guys, run from Tom, next time you see him offer any so-called lifetime deals, unless you don’t expect to live longer than 3 years.

Bcast is shutting down. The second fiasco - the first one was when they tried to screw over LTD users. Owner Tom Hunt should avoid business dealings, and we need to avoid him and future businesses with him should he be foolish enough to start one.

I started using bCast a number of years ago and have created a few podcasts. I have found it to be a very user-friendly platform that has options that make it easy to create and broadcast your podcasts. I love that it is one upload and edit and it goes to multiple platforms instantly. There are lots of little bells and whistles that I love. Thoroughly recommend and the thing I like best is, they are human, and they make the occasional mistake, however, they are quick to sort it out and get you back doing what you love. Thanks bCast folk.

Bcast is a great show host!
I've been using bCast for a few years now. I like how you can insert announcements or commercials before, after, or in the middle of the show for ALL episodes including ones in the past.
Many times people will download the entire back catalogue so getting the announcements in old shows really increases the ability to get the word out on something important.

Simply the best I have used, period. bCast was amazingly simple to set up and get started. I have been using the service for a few years now and it has never once gave me a single technical hiccup. The people behind the scenes at bCast are truly doing whatever they can to help us as podcasters become more successful. It's actually rare to find a company that works so hard for their clients even when the clients are not looking. It's refreshing to see such things in 2023. I won't ever use another podcast hosting company as long as bCast is around. That's a promise.

Chad over at BCast is super responsive and helps me to get the most out of the tool. I had some questions and he went above and beyond to get my questions answered and even gave me insight for getting more out of the tool. I highly recommend BCAST and kudos to stellar support.

There are lot of products in the field of web based application market. But this is truly a masterclass cloud application of Podcast. Besides, the support team of Bcast is excellent. The founders are so passionate to keep their commitments to customers in terms of services & promotional LTDs. I can't but appreciating them for this product & their values. Coming over from Libsyn. Established podcast with 100+ 5-star reviews on Apple podcasts. I really wanted to make sure the transition would go smoothly, especially since we can attribute about 10% of sales to this podcast. Support was very responsive. Bcast rep Audre C helped by hand holding me the whole way. This included helping me undo some mistakes I made on my end that could only be resolved with bcast support. I was initially concerned about moving this podcast over to Bcast due to some reviews related to a marketing email sent out earlier this year. Bcast has addressed these concerns to my satisfaction and I believe they have a great product that is well-supported and continually developed.
