I ordered some boots end of November and loved how comfy they were from the get go.

Unfortunately after only 4 months the sole/boot join is splitting. I’m so disappointed as I thought I’d found the nirvana of comfy boots.

Love this company so much. Don't think I will ever have to go elsewhere. They are called heavenly feet for a reason. Excellent quality & value.

I placed my order and paid the process was easy my order arrived in the specified time and I’m very happy w the two pairs of sandals.

Its been a few years since I bought from Heavenly Feet (used to be a shop near us that's sadly gone). Really like my new boots - very comfortable, look good and were an amazing good price in the sale. Know they're not leather but feel and look great - just as shown on website. Good range of colours and I'll definitely look at new products as they come out. Well made, stylish and most importantly these days :-).. they're really comfortable and fit well!

I ordered and paid for a pair of boots on February 26th. By March 7th, they were still not showing as having been dispatched, so I contacted Heavenly Feet to ask what was happening. My email was not acknowledged. I emailed again on March 9th. This time I received a reply, saying that the boots may have been incorrectly stored at the warehouse, and that staff were doing a sweep to see if they could be found. The following day, I received another email to say that the boots could not be found. It said that the boots will not now be restocked until the autumn; I had purchased them at a discounted sale price, and assume that, when they are restocked, they will be full price. A refund was issued. My main concern was the amount of time that had lapsed between my ordering and my having to chase up my order, with no communication or updates. A very disappointing experience.

*I was interested to see an answer from Heavenly Feet to another review that a full stocktake was carried out on February 17th, 9 days before I placed my order.

Yet again a great product which arrived quickly. Would highly recommend. I have had numerous pairs of boots, shoes, sliders and slippers from Heavenly Feet now and they are my go to footwear supplier.

Boots arrived fairly quickly. Looked lovely boots, & sole felt very comfy, but were too wide across my feet, & too tight on my calves.
Good sale price, but unsuitable for me. Therefore returned promptly.
Awaiting refund. Disappointing to have to pay nearly £7 to return.

I’ve ordered footwear from HF before and it’s been great so finding these Lite Sole Mary Jane’s was great. I wanted this style of shoe but without a high heel and this style fitted the bill perfectly. I am between a 6 and a 7 and usually go for a 7 but they’d sold out so chanced the 6 and they fit perfectly with tights. They were comfortable straight away.
