Sole split - not durable
EDIT UPDATE I am emailing as requested with photos annd will update.
I ordered some boots end of November and loved how comfy they were from the get go.
Unfortunately after only 4 months the sole/boot join is splitting. I’m so disappointed as I thought I’d found the nirvana of comfy boots.

Hi Sue. We are so sorry that your boots have broken! We do not normally expect this to happen with our boots. You are still within your warranty with us if you purchased these from our website in November. Please contact our customer services on enquiries@heavenlyfeet.co.uk with some pictures of the fault, and your HF order number and they will rectify this for you asap. So sorry again about this.
